This is the worst place to go to I am saying this out of my experience..The ladies there are all racist,they will give you attitude that will make you wonder how on earth such people got employed at first.went there and after they finished with my car which took them ages to finish,my trunk was not closing as it used to.workers so unprofessional

Note ‘ if you can , don’t get your suv repaired at philpott collision in port neches Texas . They repaired my 4Runner and it ‘s still making noise after beening looked at several times .I contacted management about it and I have been waiting for 7 weeks ! No answer ! Find you another shop to get your suv repaired

I recently had repairs done at this facility and the customer service by Emily was absolutely terrible. She was very rude and unprofessional. I eventually switched my claim to Tina (the manager). Now I'm having issues with the sensors which they are telling are fine but they are not. Waiting on them to contact me. Hopefully they fix this issue without anymore issues. I also noticed that it was not 1 (ONE) person of color working there (that I saw). Seems like that's an issue all in itself. I've used Philpott before for repairs and purchases but customer service this last time was way below what I remembered. If you are thinking of using them, I would recommend you find another shop. If you do, ask for your old parts back. You can sell them yourself.

I’m extremely impressed with Philpott Collision Center. My entire experience, from getting the estimate to picking up my vehicle fully repaired was extraordinary. The employees are genuine, friendly, professional, competent and service-oriented. When the estimate was being conducted, the manager took time to go over the entire vehicle with me to make sure that everything I wanted to have repaired was discussed thoroughly and would be included in the work. The estimate provided was reasonable, the vehicle was finished ahead of schedule, and the quality of the workmanship was incredible. Philpott Collision Center is truly exceptional on every level. The attention to detail, the caring staff and the fabulous job they did on the repairs (making my vehicle look brand new again) is the reason I highly recommend this business to anyone who would like to have both a delightful experience and quality work done.
