I have now had two excellent experiences at Bill Tyson’s in Royal Palm Beach. Bob was very kind and helpful the whole way through. They were able to diagnose and successfully fix what my Lincoln needed on the first visit, so I brought it back for a full maintenance and some much needed general TLC last week. My vehicle is driving more smoothly and I feel sure that I shouldn’t have any big issues anytime soon, even though I’m well over 100,000 miles now. They even offer a FREE pick up and delivery service, which was incredibly helpful for me since I didn’t have anyone to take me back to the shop for pick up. Thanks so much to everyone at the shop!

I've been using Bill Tyson's Auto Repair shop since I moved to Florida, so about 3-4 years now. They are an awesome group of people! I'm always impressed with their customer service. I had made an appointment for their amazing tow service for Monday, and I wanted it done sooner. So I called and Pablo answered the phone, even on a holiday (it was July 4th)! And he changed my appointment time for sooner, to today Saturday. The tow came on time, they called me with the estimate in a timely fashion AND they got my car back to me done with everything before close today! Literally no stress for me. AND I called Pablo and requested an itemized receipt and he didn't get irritated or annoyed with me; he complied with my request right away and sent me my itemized receipt via email in a flash! And I could hear him, he did it all with a smile. James, the tow man was also kind and professional as well. Not that I want to spend money on car repairs, but I will most definitely continue to prioritize taking my car to Bill Tyson's shops! 10 out of 10, Highly recommend :-)

I don't recommend this business. I walked in for service the front desk technician totally ignored me. I was standing there for like 10 minutes. He seemed very prejudice. I just politely walked out as I politely walked in. I wouldn't recommend service from here for anyone with that type of unprofessional behavior and ethic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! They are very dishonest and the owner Bill leads by example. The major red flag is you can't be there while they work on your car, they won't work on your car while you wait. I initially took the car in for window switch, 2 fans installed, and oil & oil filter change. Each item had an issue with the work and their first response is to deny, with the hope that you can't prove otherwise. I thankfully had proof for 2. I have warranty on the work/parts and have been getting nothing but lies and the run around on doing the warranty work from the staff and Bill. So now we go to court because I'm not letting them get away with it. (The one I couldn't technically prove was simple, so I took to trustworthy shop ro fix)

I came down to Wellington on work and my truck started spewing a fluid on new year's eve. I called, talked with Mark, and they sent a tow truck out to scoop it up. Fast forward 2 days (everyone is closed on new year's day) and my truck was ready to go. So far it looks like they did a fine job fixing. The service was prompt, professional and easy. I would give Tyson’s Auto Repair 5 stars x 3! They have repaired 3 vehicles in my family and did excellent work on all!! All the vehicles are older and had the repairs done elsewhere. But when the same repairs had to be redone, I tried Tyson’s. They were amazing. Honest, friendly, and patient. Answered all my questions. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair. The vehicles run great. My husband said his “was like new!” I highly recommend Tyson’s. And although I didn’t need to use the service; they offer FREE pick up and delivery as well.

The staff at this location was absolutely fantastic. I called them with an issue with my car and they came the next morning and picked it up and had me done that same afternoon. They were very friendly and when I expressed that I was under a time restriction, they worked with me and had my issue resolved within hours. I have to edit my previous review. After posting this we had my dad bring his car there, well what a messed up situation. Mark the guy we deal with was not there “emergency leave they say” another guy took over and had no record or clue of my dad car after it being there and worked on for a couple of days already. He was quoted one price from Mark and than this guy up charged him, than another guy took over and more headaches more problems and cost even went up after back and forth for a week and paying for a loaner. He picks up his car and the car won’t start with key the guy gets it working after playing with it for awhile and once again the car stranded and has to go to shop for more repairs that they did. So another loaner vehicle and we will be fighting for it to be fixed on there dime. Not a good experience. So either they are price gauging now but I will not recommend them anymore to anyone without Mark. ——-They have done 4 of our cars and have been so honest and kind. Nothing to worry about getting ripped off. They even dropped my car back to my home. nice people if you work with Mark. Embarrassing recommending them and having someone else have horrible service and work done.

Our first experience with Bill Tyson's Auto Repair and it won't be our last. A phone number where a human being answers the call. My first call was at 8:35 a.m. about my car that died in the parking lot of the Village Golf Club. By 9:30 a.m. the truck came to my house, got the key, and my car was on the way to being repaired. Kudos to Marco for his UNENDING patience with my many phone calls regarding the diagnosis, the estimate, questions about how to make payment online - he was amazing. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done - what was needed now, and what could wait (as I said we will be back). And the delivery of my car the next day? Who does this? Tyson does!

My rating isn't based on the repair but on my overall experience and customer service. It was an "okay" experience. I called in a week before my actual appointment to talk about possibly coming in but due to their shortened weekend hours, I had to call back on Monday. I spoke to the front desk associate maybe two more times throughout the week and gave them my name and car info. On the day of my appointment, I went in but none of my information or even my name was in the system. This wasn't a huge deal because the man I spoke to on the phone was the same person manning the 1-man desk. It was quick for him to type in my info, but it was a bit weird to give out my information (ex.address) while another customer was waiting right beside me. Also, you would think that their free car pickup and delivery would make up for the lack of a waiting room, but it's not all it's cracked up to be. Not being able to wait for them to at least give you a quote is inconvenient. No waiting room means ubering home and waiting for their call to tell you what's wrong&the cost. I got my call about 2hrs after dropping off & decided to decline repairs. I could be overthinking but during the call, our conversation started with him joking but after I declined repairs, I felt like there was a shift, because then it turned into "What did you hope to be paying?" And "come get your car." When I asked for an invoice or some document with the suggested repairs and price, he said it couldn't be done & that he could write me up something when I arrived. When I asked about delivering my car, he said it couldn't be done until the next day because he had 3 other cars that needed to be delivered. That meant ubering BACK to the shop. After retrieving my car (and not being given any written letter with repair costs), I immediately took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and while the new shop was giving me their recommendations they notified me that whoever had been previously working on my car, left some things loose under the hood. So yeah all in all, it was okay but I can't see myself returning. Even if I am overthinking about the call, the lack of a waiting room isn't appealing. While I might not want to spend my whole day in a waiting room, it would still be nice to wait for a quote and then have the option to leave if you decide to go through with repairs.

I LOVE their free pick up and drop service. Certain services are a bit pricey but honestly the quality of work speaks for itself & that’s why I love coming to Bill Tyson shop because I trust these guys. I had some work done on my 2017 Acura ILX and the mechanic Corey (sorry if I misspelled) he did a great job and thank you so much for replacing the extra wheel studs for me. That was a very kind gesture ! Also mark is awesome and really nice. Thank you guys. I will definitely be back soon for more work! 🤩🤩 I definitely recommend bringing your car here .
