This is why you don't sleep on hole-in-the-wall looking businesses. Great experience at this location. Amber was great with customer service and communicating in a timely way. Their mechanical staff took care of the work, doing it the right way and the price came out to less than I had guessed. Take all your fancy amenity-filled waiting rooms at dealerships and toss 'em. I'll come back to this place to bring my business to people who want to do things the right way.

I went to 2 mechanics before coming here; one just sent me away, and the other replaced a part but the issue persisted/got worse. I was moving 5hrs away and just needed confirmation that I’d make it, but with their dismissals, I kept having to delay my move. Amber was incredibly thorough diagnosing my high-mileage car. She explained things well to me with updates, photos and videos, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all. She also took the time to drive it around, since the stalling issue didn’t happen consistently. While I decided to retire my car and move with a rental, she gave me the peace of mind to finally make that decision. I highly recommend Amber!

This Meineke was TERRIFIC. I was surprised to learn the Meineke I was loyal to for many years had closed so, I tried this one in Royal Palm and I am so glad I did. Amber was helpful on my initial call, Miguel is super professional, knowledgeable and FRIENDLY and, the mechanics had my oil change and tire rotation done in a very timely manner. What a relief, I have found my new mechanic shop. =D

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for oil changes. I am a young woman given a FALSE ESTIMATE. So they give me an estimate for a brake job Saying, and I quote “your rear brakes are metal to metal and your front brakes are just behind. You need all four replace ASAP.”, and I declined. Little did they know I’m NO stranger to cars. I brought my car to my father, who is ASE verified over 30 years and has owned several shops- but lives an 2 hours away now so I get my oil changes local. He said let me take a look, I doubt your brakes are metal to metal. so I make the drive, he takes all four tires off and in the photos I will post you will see none of my brake pads were metal to metal, and the estimate was completely over exaggerated for the simple fact that they wanted to make an extra buck off of a single woman who they thought they could take advantage of. I paid $32 in parts for my rear brake pads to be replaced since they were low ( but not past the indicator- however definitely NOT metal to metal as shown in the photos. This shop in royal palm beach Gave me an estimate of almost $1200! And my brake pads had at least another 15-20k miles on them. And all the extra crap they added to the estimate I also DID NOT NEED! Below photos are the pads my father took off and as you can see NOT METAL TO METAL! Not even close. This shop just lost a 5 year customer over greed. But I don’t do business with Shady businesses That try to make extra money from fabricated “problems” or taking advantage of women. *below photos are from another mechanic 2 days later- NOT MEINEKE*

The team at Meineke did great! I went there on a family recommendation and couldn't be happier! They changed the oil in my car for a lot cheaper than what other places would charge and they gave my car an additional inspection. Even with everything, they still charged around half what I would pay at another place and they were very helpful. As always, Amber is great and I really respect how honest she is. She gave me honest advice saying that even though there were other issues with my car (that I already knew about), they honestly don't need to be addressed. She didn't try to upcharge me on services I didn't need and it speaks to her character. Other places definitely would have tried to sell me other services I don’t need so I really appreciate her being honest. Thanks a bunch guys!

I presented an online coupon, which the person at the register said they could not honor, this was a corporate produced coupon and due to prices in Florida being higher he could not honor this. When reviewing participating locations the Royal Palm Beach location was listed as participating in the promotion. I was charged the full price for an oil change. Additionally I asked if tires were rotated, I was told my tires are new and they do not need rotation, the tires have nearly 15,000 miles on them, also none of my fluid levels were checked and/or filled. I’ve had better care at Jiffy Lube. I was very surprised at the level of service and attention. I definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. On a positive note, I was there less than 30 mins.

recently had the A/C on my Mustang repaired, and the shop did a great job. They had to remove the dash to get everything taken care of, but they still had the car back to me the very next day. The A/C is working perfectly now, and I’m really happy with the repair and how quickly they handled it.
