Was quoted for $250 and ended up paying around $500 because "it took longer than expected". Was just trying to fix a little rattle in my door and the part for it was $30.. $460 for labor..

Double check their service recommendation. The service department doesn't take the time to diagnose the specific issue and and instead suggest the most expensive fix. I was recently quoted a repair of over $6,800 when it was a $1,000 part that needed to be replaced.

Don't go here if you have a choice. Had recall service that was needed. When made appointment was told it would take half a day. Only have the one car and live over an hour away. When checking in was told it would take two days. Wasted gas, wasted time. I called to talk to someone about my complaint to see if it could get resolved and was put on hold for an advisor who would "hopefully" pick up. They never did. HORRIBLE customer service. Would give it ZERO stars if I could.

Salesman, Jeff was kind but that’s where it stops…. Not sure if I’d ever trust Billion auto ever again to buy a vehicle because of what we found down the road they gave us a bad tire which had an awful patch job in it with no plug so therefore the tire was cracking and leaking and completely unsafe for my 14-year-old son to drive I made sure that they knew we were looking for a car for my son for his first and it needed to be safe and reliable. This isn’t making it sure it’s safe and reliable. They also told me that it was detailed. It was disgusting. It was definitely not detailed so then someone called me from there, Promising me a detail which they never delivered on… I also noticed when I popped the hood that the windshield washer fluid cap was missing good thing I ordered one from Amazon because they said that they shipped one to my house which they did not. I never received it. Word means nothing to them they and dont take it seriously and don’t follow through. They’re trying to pump out as many cars as possible to get the most commission possible. It makes me sick that we drove five hours from Sioux Falls to Rapid City with a bad tire with my son in the vehicle. . I’m literally sitting at discount tire right now who found this horrific error on ion autos part and I am putting all four new tires on my son’s vehicle which is $700. Just to make sure that my son is safe. Thank you, Billion Auto for breaking my trust and risking my son’s life to make a buck… so much for your so called amazing point inspection. Huge shout out for discount tire in Rapid City for finding this and protecting my son and gaining a customer for life!

Called to have my 2023 truck tailgate looked at, while still under warranty. Asked to have a loaner lined up in case they needed an extended time to fix it. I was informed that’s not an option, I’ve never had this problem in decades. I guess it’s a Billion thing from what I can tell. Other Ram dealerships have informed me they would be happy to line up a loaner if needed.

This is an absolute joke of a shop. Go to Frankman Motors instead. I called them and had an appointment the same day and was welcomed into the lot, heated service drive, and to a very nice waiting room. Dodge’s oil change manager blamed the cold weather for them being 2+ hours behind? As did his service advisors (as if it hasn’t been cold in SD every winter). They dropped the ball and lost a customer. Your staff needs training. Go somewhere else.

Well where to start... Five stars, that's where we'll start across the board. My sales team was phenomenal as always. Ray Jacobs was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. Jeff Kline and Ray found me the perfect Wagoneer...my second so far. I could not be happier.This is the perfect package I was looking for. I had some issues with some documentation so Kirk stepped in and helped fix it...then found me a rebate and a few Perks! 100 percent satisfied with this dealership. Things happen from time to time with cars, but it's the way the dealership handles the issues that really brings it home. I will never go anywhere else, billion, thank you for everything, helping this little mom and pop business keep going, and helping us with all of our vehicle adventures. Jeff thanks for the coffee cup, coffee does taste better in it!
