Walked in to get windshield wiper blades. I saw two employees at the checkout counter on the computer. They didn't even look up at me as I stood there, obviously needing help. Two others were behind the parts counter talking and didn't acknowledge me either. I walked out after a few minutes of being ignored. They need some customer service training.

This particular store could do better with customer service. I do a lot of business with other AP stores and usually just need to pick up an order. Second time I've stopped by here and waited in a line of several customers while the TWO cashiers were chatting with a buddy who didn't even buy anything. One customer actually left their merchandise on the counter, cussed and walked out. I'd do the same if I hadn't ordered online! Nothing convenient about ordering ahead here.

These guys are always professional and helpful, whether spending $700 or $10 on a spark plug, as I did on the last visit. Michael the manager spent time diagnosing and helping with the replacement.... In the pouring rain π Will always be a loyal AutoZone customer. Couldn't guess what they've saved me over the years. This is an especially good store

I was very pleased that Albert was able to fix a problem I had with two parts. He spent around an hour on the phone trying to get my parts. He took the time to explained how I ordered the wrong part and fixed it. There was another employee who skipped his lunch brake to pick up my parts. I will never go to a different auto part store again. The employees at auto zone change my negative option about ordering parts thank you deb essem

My car door was frozen shut and I called the store looking for someone to help me. Angie helped me get a deicer and came out to help me get the door open as well. She went above and beyond and I am grateful for her kindness.

Really disappointed in the customer service I received from the E 10th st location. The first person to help me greeted me which was nice. I brought in the specific part I was looking for. They found a part that looked nothing close to what I brought in. She then called over Toni to confirm they had found the right part in the system. I could instantly tell that Toni was irritated to come confirm. Granted, even I knew it wasn't the right part that they found online bcuz I had what I was needing in my hand. As the person asked Toni If it was the right part, she firmly said NO. Yanked the computer screen over for her eyes only which was fine, but then very aggressively pushed the screen back to where I can see it and said, "we don't carry it." And that was it. I stopped at oreileys first and they took their time to look into it. I spent probably about 20 mins there with kind people who seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. Then I go here to Autozone to be treated like I was a nuisance. As a manager, you'd think she'd be alot more kind. At least act like she cared but she didn't. If you don't like your job that much, please don't take it out on your customers. Especially when you have no idea what they're going thru - and today just happened to be a very challenging day for my family. Regardless, I was kind with my request. I didn't deserve to be treated like a nothing.

I was in the 10th Street store and was trying to find help with some parts for my vehicle. The employees that were working were busy aside from one of the managers named Michael. I asked him for some help and he ignored me and continued talking on his cell phone to someone. I asked him multiple times for assistance and he told me to go to a different store because what he was doing was more important than helping someone who wouldn't even buy anything.

Went to the 10th street location which I go to all the time. I usually work with a guy named Michael G which is always so absolutely amazing and super friendly. The 10th street location has been my favorite place due to this Michael G employee. I came In and this employee was not working so I was helped by a lady, she was not wearing a name tag but I heard another employee call her Tony I believe. Wow!! Is the main word I can say about this employee! She was beyond rude. Didnβt want to get off her butt to actually help me! I asked to talk to her manager and she said she was the assistant manager and I had to deal with her and I said I wanted to talk to the actual manager and she said he wouldnβt be anymore helpful and letβs talk about her smell itβs out of this world bad!! When I say I was gagging from this ladyβs smell, I was straight up gagging with how bad she smelled. Auto zone I have to ask how this lady is an assistant manager and she is even working when she is smelling that bad??? I am a manager myself and I would send any employee home if they came into work smelling like that. Can you even imagine what other customers are thinking when being helped by her and with how rude she is. I am so speechless that she is the assistant manager! Absolutely no customer service! Very disappointed in auto zone. I will only be bringing my business to auto zone where that Michael G is working. He seems to be the only one at that location that has any sense on customer service.

This is in response to a review that was left on June 3rd 2025, I was in the store when this lady came in and was yelling at the store manager, about a battery and wanted her money back. The manager told her that there was no warranty information on the battery because the employee who rung her up in October of last year didn't register the warranty which on the battery she had was only a 2 year as it was a regular duralast battery. The woman ended up getting her money back for the battery. But the fact that she was treating the employees there like trash is complete unacceptable. Autozone employees have a policy they have to follow for returns.

Very bad experience or visit here. Never had issues here before, but I did Wednesday evening... Both gentlemen were smart mouth and thought I was crazy when I asking about a products. I'm not sorry for writing bad reviews about companies. This is what has wrecked the mechanic career people like these 2 individuals. Do better autozone! Prices are still expensive. Most people are struggling in 2025. Do better all

This store is a very good store, with very helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable, and work very hard to help all of us who cannot tell them what model car or engine size we have. As of the first of June 2025, they started carrying batteries with 5 year warranties, which is really great.

I just left AutoZone on 10th street, Tuesday 8/12 around 11am. I am utterly shocked by how the employees were treating customers while I was looking around. I just needed some seafoam, but I am horrified by what I witnessed. There was a man and two women working behind the counter. The woman would check out customers and this man would just stand behind them. So two men walked in with a part they needed help with as they believed it didnβt work, but the employee said they didnβt have the right warranty. From the time these men walked in, the employee was rude. The female employee did still say they would swap it out for new and did. BUT the man behind the counter actually screamed at these men and whoever they had on the phone to help them translate. I donβt think these folks were trying to pull a fast one, I think they were trying to understand. Either way I never heard either customer raise their voice or say anything rude or honestly anything at all. The man employee screamed βLISTENβ. When I say he screamed it, I mean literally slammed his hands on the counter furious, actually screaming. These men didnβt know what to do really so they left and were out front looking at the part, and the male employee then said he was going out on his break and went right out to the men and I could see he was then yelling at them again. He brought his water bottle and keys back inside and with both hands slammed his metal water bottle/insulated coffee mug on the counter and threw his keys on the counter as hard as he physically could. Two other men walked in, while the employee was outside, and as soon as they entered they both looked at each other and say βJesusβ because they were also shocked by this employees behavior. One female employee acted like nothing was happening so Iβm guessing they are not new to witnessing this behavior. The other seemed horrified and just stepped back and watched. They both just continued to check people out after. I immediately had to write this review because Iβm in shock by what I just witnessed. The man employee acted like the customers had threatened his life. But the only one who felt threatening, was the man employee. I strongly suggest anger management or therapy, not being passive aggressive, but Iβm genuinely concerned for that manβs loved ones. I hope he isnβt just racist, as English wasnβt these customers first language. I will absolutely never step foot in this store again or recommend Autozone to anyone. NO ONE deserves abuse, especially not your paying customers. Raising your voice like that is abusive and also extremely childish. We have many, MANY other auto part places in Sioux Falls, I will be giving my business to. I hope you guys have cameras and an owner who cares, actually looks at the footage to see who they have representing their company. Store #03098

This is and excellent store. The store manager, douglas works very hard. Douglas makes sure the store is properly stocked and staffed. Douglas is always available to assist with battery installs and light bulb installs. The manager of this store will go the extra mile to help customers find the right price. This store always honors the warrantys. The store team works very hard to help every customer find the part that they need.

Went to get a motorcycle battery yesterday. Got it home, it was completely dead. Popped it on a charger overnight, took motorcycle to this AutoZone again today to test the battery, they said it had charge. Went to the store came out bike was dead. Popped the clutch with some help pushing me, went back to AutoZone tell them I want another battery. The other two they have are also dead. Then they ask if I want to go to 41st st location return the battery to them and get one they have in stock that has a charge .......π€£π€£π€£ My .motorcycle is my transportation how would you like me to go get it and return this one. So The female manager Tony or Toni has to go get it. She has an attitude about having to go, says it'll be a half hour. Like it's my damn fault you guys screwed up?! So now waiting. ...on this battery so I can leave. The guy who helped me George is super cool and helpful though. Talking to their GM tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

been going through a situation with an Acura and a rudimentary front plastic bumper clip swap out. The main difference I noticed between AutoZone(as I have been to this particular location on 10th Street a couple of times in the past month) and all the other box stores I need not name, this store tends to have at least one person on staff that is willing β° to look up the part for you and then actually inquire about what is going on. anybody can walk into a parts store and say hey. I need this part number and walk right out, but not everybody in this world is a gearhead and has their car already on the hoist back at the shop. if you ask questions they will answer them. but what I like most is that if this individual cannot answer the question briefly I have found that if it's not during odd or late hours there's usually someone there. who knows exactly what a customer is trying to do and can if nothing else, at bare minimum, point them in the right direction. this evening two I went in at ML simply because I live within half a mile of one, I now find myself driving from Central Sioux Falls to 10th and the interstate. because of this last month of visiting there. I happened upon there one day when there was clearly a regional or district manager in the store and he was giving orders and nobody was complaining, everybody had a good attitude, and everyone was taking pride in their work. keep up the good work guys. those of us who don't know how to rebuild an LS7 or even replace headlamps in an Acura RL appreciate you guys more than you know.
