This rating is not in regards to the staff. The staff there was very pleasant. However; it was the manager that was extremely rude. I was having issues with my trunk and took the car in. The staff said they would take a look at it. I sat in the waiting room for only about five minutes, when the manager comes out "I don't know how long this will take, you can't wait here" What? I can't wait in the empty waiting room? really. It only took about 15 minutes and the staff must have heard the rude manager since they did not even charge me. If you talk like this to customers, I don't want to know how you talk to your emplyees.

My breaks went out on me during my lunch break and after calling 4+ different mechanics/tire services in Sioux Falls (all telling me it would be at least 2 weeks to get me in), I called Graham Tire on Minnesota and they understood the level of urgency I needed my vehicle (no breaks, car reliant, live by myself, no other transport alternatives, etc) and got me in asap. Not only did they get me in asap, they were able to change the necessary parts before they closed that day. They really saved my butt and their communication and understanding makes me trust them not to take advantage of me knowing nothing. I’ve since gone to them again to diagnose a rattling in my vehicle and they got it figured out in no time. They are my now go-to for my car needs. Thank you Graham Tire!!

Excellent service. Been taking my vehicles there for years. Competitive prices, maybe a little higher than some but very trustworthy. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and tell me which repairs can wait. They also have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is done

Terrible service they replace a water pump in my son's Blazer and it was leaking and then had to bring it back and they said the intake manifold had to be replaced and the mechanic pinched the wires and the hose and the car overheated as we left the shop to go to our house 7 mi away call them when the car got home they said bring it back in we had it towed to their shop and they said the motor was blown for some reason and they said it's not their problem and the mechanic told me that he had accidentally cut the holes when he was putting the manifold back on so 2200 later they said it's not their problem and I hope no one ever goes there for any type of mechanical issue with their vehicle remind you this is a place that sells household appliances in whatever else I guess I was looking for the VHS tapes for rent or also the bait shop in that place very terrible customer service the manager there his name is Travis

I absolutely LOVE this place and I don't plan to go anywhere else unless I have to. I started going here because it was close to where I lived and I didn't know where I should go. From the beginning I have been treated with respect, kindness and great service. Gary knows me by name and makes sure I know all the information I need every time I stop in. He always reminds me of the things I need to get done and has always been honest. If I don't understand what is wrong he will explain it to me and make sure I have all the options I need before I make a decision. I don't have to say anything when I walk in the door, as soon as Gary sees me he knows what I am there for and makes sure everything is taken care of. All the other employees have always been kind and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to go here because of the great service I have recieved!

I had a flat tire near this store and was wondering what type of help Id get from this tire place that I normally dont go to. They let me borrow the air tank for free. It didn't work. They put on my spare tire for free. They quoted me a price on the new tire and it was less than what they quoted me. Very friendly folks . Free coffee. Great experience. I am now a regular customer and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. .

Weights fell off wheel unloading from truck. Apparently if you are just buying 1 tire they are more worried about doing right NOW than with doing it RIGHT. Got me in quickly that was nice. Cust service was good. Will still never use this place again. Tires done right is the most important aspect of a tire shop. They sell appliances there also so maybe they are not singularly focused on tires being done right.

Jesse and Trevor are top notch! Ladies this is definitely a place you can take your car to and not get taken advantage of financially. Knowledgeable, honest a 5 star customer service experience. I went with a blown belt in a 215/70r15 Goodyear tyre. Unfortunately although told by chap we bought our van off, they found out it was actually outside it's warranty.. They're8yrs old the warranty is 5yrs.... Thanks for the help though.
