Didn't even say two words to me when I dropped my vehicle off. Just stared at me awkwardly while I asked for an oil change and set mt keys on the counter. Every time I visit with my husband I never understand why he goes back because they are nothing but rude up front.

Just got my oil changed, and they come in and say it's done and my bill doesn't sound right. I ask them if they put synthetic oil in and and they say no. I asked if they looked at the old sticker that was on the window, cause it said synthetic 5w30. The attendant said" it wasn't our tag so we don't even look at it." I then asked them to put synthetic in and and he comes back in a few minutes later and tells me, I have to charge you for the oil that is in it, plus the oil for synthetic if you want us to change it to synthetic. Then he proceeds to say, " most people don't even know what type of oil they have in their car or pickup. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN

Called in to see about having a custom exhaust built for my V8 swapped Ford Ranger. Without even seeing the vehicle, the employee on the phone said they can't put 3" dual exhaust on a Ranger because "there isn't enough room". There is plenty of room, and other exhaust shops had no problem giving me a quote even with 3" exhaust. Employee I dealt with was rude. Will not be using or recommending this company

After being warned by TWO separate shop owners, that the mechanic is ok, but he is an (INSERT EXPLICATIVE HERE), I took my chances. Clearly, his reputation precedes him. I wouldn't go back to this jerk if he paid me to come in. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. They make pills for individuals like him - he needs a prescription.

I recently acquired a Borrla exhaust kit for my 2016 f150 with the 5.0l v8. I called the shop to have them install, because it was a used kit and was missing some hangers. They said no problem and to drop it off the next morning. I did, and picked it up later that afternoon. I was very pleased with the turn around time and the labor charge, very affordable. I am however slightly disappointed in quality of work. The driver side tailpipe is a 1/4" lower than the passenger side. IT also protrudes past the bumper unlike the passenger side. I am happy with the price and the exhaust note, but I can't unsee the offset of the pipes. I plan to return Monday when they open, and see what can be done. I am more than understanding that the kit is used, and that can come with difficulties. So hopefully we can black under there with a tape and fine tune.

So I went to this shop told him want I wanted done he said yes they can do it. So I dropped off my vehicle. Picked it up a few hours later an they put the wrong mufflers on went in right away told them. They didn't take them off Athens just tried talking me into leaving them on my vehicle. Now they're trying to make me pay again for there mess up. It's was Simple 14" Megaflows on the back. Nope Got some Chinese brand on there that are single chambered 8". Don't go to this shop if you want the wrong stuff put on your vehicle

I want to tell you, this place is amazing. Their customer service was great. Down town and other locals wouldn't even look at it for a week. Missile was like oh ya, just bring it in, we'll look at it. Boom Brakes done the next day, and work beautiful. They are so reasonably priced, you would honestly be foolish to not go here! They "only install their own stuff" so if u plan on having any ideas of your own or purchasing your own mufflers like 99.99% of people getting aftermarket exhausts do, don't go here. I'm sure their work is wonderful. I never got a chance to try them out, prob now never will.
