Please do not do business with this company, they sell worthless cars that 3 weeks later needs a new transmission to the tune of $4600 they didn’t reach back out for days and days and when they did reach out it was to say the car was an as is sale and basically too bad for me, they claim to be charity but they screwed us over. Please don’t waste your time with these crooks they prey upon desperate people in there time if need.

They told me both vehicles i brought were not worth fixing and were not safe they sold me a vehicle when i took it to have wheelchair lift put on it i was told it wasnt safe to be on the road because of rusted frame ,the same problem the cars i brought them for repair when i asked they told me they dont do that type repairs and it was as is purchase they have been no help to me

I tried to donate a car but communication was terrible. I was going to wait an extra hour for them to show but they never got back to me. I sent message after message for a week to make arrangements and no response. That was complete nonsense. I was never informed of any safety concerns. Safety concerns? You never got back to me about the 12 o’clock pick up or the next week pickup. I never used any aggressive or foul language. Post the text messages. That response was completely untrue. Sad

I bought a car from and haven't received the title yet, they told I would have to take off from work and go get a extension myself. I feel this is very unacceptable. This is after I found that the fan shroud was held in place by a single plastic tie that broke and damaged the wiring to the clutch fan. They did pay me for the parts but they should have never sold it with a plastic tie holding the shroud in place.

I bought a car from shift garage because I believed the idea that they’re out here helping single mom’s. A month into buying my car it needed almost $800 worth of work to the car. The shift garage mechanic convinced me that I needed my spark plugs redone and that would help fix my loss of power. Nope. He fixed my spark plugs and shocks or struts or whatever. Told me that I did not need an alignment because he was “good at his job” told me that my car was perfectly fine that he “would put his family in this car” Took my car to a different mechanic, he did over 1,000 worth of work on the car and told me that the frame of my car is rusted and they never should have sold me a car like this. I went into their office over a month ago to talk to them about the frame being rusted, the mechanic proceeded to tell me that the car is fine and he “would put his family in this car” and I waited to hear from the boss about what they could do to help me. I STILL haven’t heard anything back from them. I have been paying on this car for a year and i still have 3 more years of payments left. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. And if you need your car fixed make sure you know exactly what is wrong with it because their mechanic does not know what he’s doing.
