Our car was totaled in a car accident in the Sioux Falls area and was towed to Anderson's following the police officer's directive. The owner was rude and impatient on the phone. He was not interested in helping or providing service to us. A terrible experience. You have to rub him the right way (and perhaps be white?) to get good service.

My car was involved in a hit and run, no fault of my own. The damage was to the front of my car below the headlight. The cops were of no help, even though a report was made and the vehicle that hit mine was found. I had a lot of frustration and headaches with the cops and my insurance. I ended up having to pay $500 to have my car fixed. Needless to say I was pretty bummed out about it. I picked Anderson's out of a list and I was very pleased. They were super easy to work with, gave me a loaner car and were able to give me the information I needed right away. When I received my car back it looked amazing and I mean AMAZING. I couldn't believe it, but they had also detailed the inside of my car. Everything else was a mess, but they were my little ray of sunshine. Thank you Anderson's!

They had my car for over 4 months. Poor communication. Lying, untrustworthy. Lied to my insurance company and got caught. Then sabotaged 4 door lights on my vehicle. Coincidentally 4 door lights cracked while at his shop. Got the car back with un even tires and warped rotors. Stay clear from this shop.

Their work on my car is new car quality. The paint issue they corrected now looks like the damage never happened. I painted aircraft in the USAF for a lot of years so I know what to look for in a paint job. So why only 4 stars? Well their communication at the beginning of the claim and getting my car into their shop was lacking. Communication is key to any service industry. If they don't have the "time" to call or answer the phone it means they don't have the right number of personnel. I do see their office space is very limited, perhaps they could hire someone to work from home just to answer and make phone calls to customers. It does all come down to quality of the work however and Anderson's has some top notch body and paint technicians. A new larger facility with more parking would do them well. I know it's a costly venture however. I would definitely recommend Anderson's to others.

4/5. They failed to notice alternator damage that could have been a nasty problem due to the bracket holding had tore away part of the outer casing. My vehicle was in for cosmetic damages bumper, headlight bracket so lifting the hood was required. But no one noticed. On the cosmetic damage 9/10. I had the pull my grill out and push my bumper in to lock them together but otherwise service was good. Would definitely recommend them just look over everything before you leave. And an A+ on cleaning inside of my vehicle as this is an additional bonus I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.

I can see why, they did an excellent job on all three of my claims for my car, not to mention going above and beyond, replacing some worn down smaller parts I would not have expected them to do. Very honest business, every time I had to talk with them on car repairs they gave me the full rundown on the what’s and why’s. Also, they made it easy to work with my insurance and get them paid.

After my car was damaged from an accident, I was devastated. I thought it would never be the same. I chose Anderson's because they were a preferred shop with my insurance company. They were very friendly and informative when I first brought the car in, and they provided a complementary loaner vehicle so I didn't have to spend any money on a rental. When I got the car back, I couldn't even tell where the damage was. I could tell they really took their time and made sure every detail was flawless. The paint job was perfect and blended in with the original paint. And the interior detail job was a much appreciated bonus. They warranty their work, so if there are any issues with the work they did they will take care of it. I will definitely be going back to Anderson's for any future body work.

We arrived at 4:58, they saw us pull in we were on the phone with them. They locked the door stating that we needed to be “more responsible “ well I didn’t know that calling off from a full time job to get a friends car out was “irresponsible “ they may be good at what they do but their customer service/ bedside manner definitely needs work!!!!!
