I stopped into this lot on Friday. Salesman Matt was very rude, I simply asked if I could take a look around and contact him when I wanted to look at something or had questions. In response he said to me "what kicking me out already, well it's not like your going to buy anything anyway " then he walked away. I was very angry and at that point left.

Billion owns several dealers. I was told by Toyota if I didn't want to wait I could go to Chevy across the street. Guy complained he would have to go across the street to get parts. Never got an vehicle inspection like I do from Toyota. Hoping things are ok really don't know. Wouldn't suggest anyone ever going there...

This will be the last time I ever buy a new vehicle at any Billion Dealership! My business is going to Vern Eide or Woodhouse. Now on two separate occasions I have gone to this place for Warranty repairs and to be denied about some lame excuse itβs past the 12k mileage when I still have my bumper to bumper warranty. First time my factory wax coating on the frame was peeling in places, I came here the service manager said sorry but the truck is already past 12,000 miles. So I drove to Vern Eide in Mitchell and they submit pictures to GM and what do you know itβs covered under my Bumper to bumper warranty.

Absolutely terrible service. Because of these guys my car has been damaged and undrivable for over two months AND they cashed my insurance claim check for ~$8,700 without doing any work on my vehicle. Do not trust these crooks they will attempt to take your money and jump through hoops to get it back.

I recently moved from Sioux falls to the north west side of the state and my pickup was hailed on in Bismarck over the summer. I used to work in one of the billion body shops for 15yrs and I drove 350 miles to make sure that only the pdr guy there worked on it. He is one of the best I have come across, good enough to drive an extra 1400 miles (700 miles round trip x 2) to have him work on it.

My wife and I were on vacation going out west from our home in Illinois and were about an hour away from Billion Chevy when my 2012 Duramax had check engine light come on. Followed shortly by message that DEF fluid poor quality and reduced power mode would start in 90 miles. The service guy.,Mark got us in right away and they started working on the truck which we greatly appreciated since our first stop was in Nebraska. The service was great and they finally got the truck fixed and we were back on the road. The only bad part was it took 7 1/2 hrs to get it fixed and it was not covered under warranty. With that being said, the service was excellent!

Edit and response back to billion You don't care about the safety of your customers, your lazy, Jake who was the service advisor is the worst of them all. Communication is key. You only care about money deep in your pockets. Your dealership sucks. It sucks that I have to go either out of town not owned by billion or go to another billion dealer (gmc) to get things actually done and taken care of. By the way. Gmc has a better Waitroom then you. I'll only go to gmc with my new truck (it's a gmc) or tires tires tires. You chevy can go suck it. Original post: I've gone it multiple times for different vehicles. They recently replaced the abs pump in my work van and didn't put the brake lines on correctly which caused the brake fluid tank to leak constantly. Two occasions where I had a light on my dash to turn on along with a few other issues. I had to refill them twice then to another shop who could get me in sooner. Come to find that they didn't 1. Secure the lines correctly 2. Used the wrong tools cause damage to clips and hosing. 3. Pump itself wasn't put on right Doing these things made it impossible to drive or leave town to go to work. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY VEHICLE HERE OR SERVICING MY VEHICLES Brakes are the only thing stopping this 6000 pound truck from rear ending someone You suck. I'll be coming in tomorrow to talk with the service manager.

My advisor was a very polite and personable person. When informed my truck was done, I went to look at it. The body parts were not bolted on. The truck was filthy so I couldn't see the paintwork. So I left it there. Next time I went, they had it pulled into the shade for me to look at it. I took it. Once it was in the sun, it was immediately noticeable that the new body parts were not the same color as the existing body. There were some dry spots on in the new paint where the clear was put on dry. There were some areas that the buffer was run on edge leaving marks in the existing body. The body lines were not matching correctly. I took it back in. They did a really nice job cleaning up the buffing marks and told me its done. So now I have a $3500 bumper that doesn't match color, doesn't line up, and has at least one dry spot. I am a little critical because I have done some painting, and was paying for someone to do better than I would in my garage. Its not better. My garage paint job would have been better, and cost less.

Not only did she dig up that my vehicle had an existing warranty, but she also made me feel like i was her number one priority for car repair and care. I dealt with the body shop manager Parker while I had to deal with a tailgate that was already damaged at purchase, from another Billion location out of town. He was awesome to deal with and was always quick to respond and even sent me pictures to update the status. 4 days later I had a new tailgate with a perfect paint job. They took it off and put it back on in 30 minutes or less. I also used their paintless dent removal for a small ding in my fender and it was a quick and complete success in removing it. Their receptionist is eye candy also, so I didn't mind the brief time I spent waiting. I had a great experience, no complaints.

Update - they have now reached out, addressed the issue, and made things right. Brought my truck in for a Valpro dent repair and they made it worse by cracking the paint. They informed me that they'd have to submit another claim and it should take about 2 weeks to get approved. Waited 3 weeks before reaching back out since I never heard back. I've called 5x now about the claim and was told I would get a call back ("promised" 2 of the 5 times). They are now closed for the day and still no call. Again. Horrible customer service...

Excellent process from estimate to pick up. After a deer did some damage on I-90, I brought my 13 year old Ford Fusion in for an estimate. Admittedly, I first got an estimate at a competing body shop, only to be told that they would need to replace the fender, hood, door, support panel, and headlight for around $3,600, and it would take 8 days to repair. That's nearly what I could sell the car for in perfect condition. I decided to try my luck with Billion, because I had a good experience buying my F150 a couple years ago. Without any prior notice, Cody greeted me when I walked in, took a few pictures, listened, and took to heart when I said that I was paying out of pocket, and that I just want the car in legal, functional condition until it gets replaced in a year or two. He called later that day with a quote of $1,500, and that it would only take 8 hours to replace a headlight, repair a support panel, and fix some large dents. They gave my wife a ride to and from work, and the total price was $1,500, not a penny more than Cody estimated. We also had the car back sooner than expected. Thank you Billion Auto. I definitely will be back to this location within the next 2 years for a new vehicle.

They fixed the damage from the accident, right. However, they returned the car to me with new scratches and dents. They have detailed pictures showing the before and after. Someone there asked me what they need to do to make it right. I said β Fix it back the way it was.β They didnβt do that. The paint didnβt match up right and I still have scratches on the vehicle that werenβt there when I dropped it off for them to fix it. Plus they said they had changed the oil and the oil filter and done a full inspection. I put less than 800 miles on the vehicle after the alleged oil change. Now I see that the oil is over filled and black and the oil filter was very dark. I doubt that they did an oil change and I doubt that they changed the oil filter. Plus they overfilled the oil. That mightβve caused damage to the engine if I hadnβt of, found it soon enough. Avoid Billion Auto!!!!!! 10-17-2024 In response to you looking into the problem and reaching out asap! Please do.
