One of my day running light bulbs burnt out and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone was so incredibly nice. They pulled both bulbs and showed me the other one was going out as well, which I had suspected. The cost was around $164 with tax for both bulb replacements, it might be cheaper elsewhere but I was glad they got me going again!

Tried to tell me it would cost over $1600 to replace a fuel pump on a toyota corolla. Checked at Tires Tires Tires and they quoted me less than $1000 This is an ongoing trend with Meineke. It is unfortunate as they used to have some of the most reasonable prices in the area. Even stranger, when I decided to just get the car scrapped, an employee from the location cold called me from a personal line trying to get me to sell it to him for cash under the table. It was really weird and uncomfortable. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, he got really snotty with me.

My husband and I were sitting inside West mall movie theatre waiting for the movie to start when we got the original esimate from Meineke. My heart dropped when I saw the numbers. There was no way we could afford almost 5 grand. We recently found out that my husband is in heart failure.. again. Now he is being evaluated for a second heart transplant and the chief of surgery said it is likely he may not live through surgery due to his medical complexities and anatomy. Our life has been in shambles this past month. This was just one more thing that would break our hearts. We thought this car issue would cost a few hundred when we dropped it off, not thousands. I felt like I was going to be sick as I stared at that estimate. After talking with Nick and telling him I had a budget of $1,500 absolute max, he was able to work some magic and bring our bill down to $800. This man had absolutely no idea what was going on in our lives, but he truly lifted a weight off our shoulders. Nick, if you see this, THANK YOU from a very grateful couple.

Had a great experience dropping it off, no appointment with some brake concerns and other concerns. Amber was so nice and helpful in the phone to get it set up, the review with photos really helps you understand what they see so you can decide what you want to fix. They were able to fix it the same day, Jessy was also nice, and helped me understand a few questions I had on things I chose not to fix that day. First time there but will be going back when needed, wonderful service!

I recently scheduled an appointment to have a tire repaired. I arrived shortly before my appointment and my car was immediately brought in to the garage to be serviced. A very short time later the mechanic determined the source of the leak was on the inside wall of the tire. From past experiences, I understood that leak couldn't be repaired. The manager did an excellent job of providing me with several quotes of different tire replacement options. I opted not to replace the tires since the tire leak was slow and all my tires had about 20K miles left on them. When I asked the manager what I owed them for their time and effort, he replied nothing. They spent over 30 minutes of their time on my vehicle, including filling all tires to their recommended pressure, and wouldn't take any of my money. That is excellent customer service! I will be back when my tires are worn out.
