We are so thankful for Alex at Billion Chevrolet. We were traveling across the country and broke down in Sioux Falls on a Sunday (of course). We got to Chevy at 7:30 on Monday and Alex got us right in, understanding our tough situation. He was helpful and patient with us. We are also so thankful for Lee Johnson the technician for not giving up as he continued to work all day on our stubborn truck. We may have been there all day, but we finally got on our way and eventually made it home. Thank you to those two at Billion Chevrolet for helping us get home!

Waiting 16 months for an airbag recall repair is unacceptable, I had to call a dealership an hour away who stocked the parts and got me taken care of in 3 days. Gave up waiting on you, who acted like the part was unavailable and gave no follow-up on the delays, when this part is available for replacement. It's like you don't want to do the repairs, of a deadly Takata airbag recall.

I called around EVERYWHERE in Sioux Falls to get ozone put into my vehicle and found this place (billion chevy) that had time to do it. I picked it up and it smelled EXACTLY the same. And when I informed the guy working he stated that I could pay to have it done again. They should have done it the first time! I will never bring anything here again and if you're looking for anything done to your vehicle maybe check out another dealership cause this one is not it.

Hands down the BEST body work I’ve had done in years. I pulled in feeling a little banged up and stiff after a rough rear-end collision (don’t ask). The guys at Billion took one look at my curves and immediately knew exactly how to handle me. They were gentle yet firm—really knew how to work all the right spots without leaving a mark. The paint job? Oh baby. Deep, glossy, wet-looking finish that made my whole body glisten in the sun. I couldn’t stop running my hands over it. So smooth. So slick. Took my breath away every time I walked by. They hammered out every dent, filled every crease, and somehow made my rear end look even perkier than before. I swear the alignment is so perfect now that I feel tighter and more responsive than I have in forever. Zero vibrations, zero rattles—just pure, satisfying performance. Customer service was straight-up seductive. They kept me updated, sent me teasing little progress pics, and when they finally bent over to show me the finished product… let’s just say I needed a cold shower afterward. If you want someone who knows how to stroke, rub, polish, and penetrate every problem area until you’re moaning with satisfaction, these are your guys. 10/10 would get worked over by them again. My body has never felt this good. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
