As a new resident of Sioux Falls, I sought to patronize a local business. My family and I endured a wait of over an hour for what I anticipated would be a straightforward tire repair. The employee informed us that the nail was embedded in the sidewall, rendering the tire irreparable and necessitating the installation of four new tires for our SUV. To our surprise, we took our vehicle to another local mechanic today, who patched the tire and revealed that the nail was not located near the sidewall. This incident highlights the potential for tire retailers to engage in practices that prioritize the sale of unnecessary tires, when a patch was the appropriate solution. Consequently, I will refrain from recommending or utilizing their services in the future. If I could give less than 1 star they deserve a 0.

I had my daughter drop off her car and she asked them to determine what was making the noise near the front driver's tire. She told them we wanted a diagnosis and estimate, and was up front that we may choose to not fix the issue. They said the diagnosis would cost $50 which is totally understandable. An hour later they called us and said her oil light was on, the oil was low on the dipstick, her tires were getting to a point they needed to be replaced, and a few other items along with the original request that she had a bad wheel bearing. They provided an estimate for everything which I declined. Then they told me I owed $167 for the diagnosis. I understand the concept of an upsell, but I'm absolutely not okay with paying them to provide it.

We had a mechanical issue on a Saturday. Had truck towed to the shop. TTT had it fixed within 2 1/2 hours! Unbelievable customer service and speed. They take pride in treating the customer with great care and respect. And very fair price for the repair. 10 out of 10! Great job TTT!

I was visiting family from out of town and got a flat tire right when I got into the city. After getting my spare tire on, I went to Tires Tires Tires first thing when they opened at 8am on a Saturday. I told them I was supposed to leave and head back home by 2pm that same day, and they worked hard to get me in right away. I ended up needing to get a new tire, and they were able to get it done within a few hours. They provided exceptional service and communication. Highly recommend!

Brought my 65# dog with, to go to the dog wash next door. We were quick, so we had short wait in the waiting room (got the ok before handing the keys over) and he was welcomed by staff.. even given a water bowl and was told he can stay longer ❤️ Awesome dog-loving employees! Good deal on an oil change, no appointment needed and still quick and easy. 10/10 Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I brought my vehicle in and told that I had 2 tires are bad. They told me that my tires all were good but one and replace it one. Now I'm sitting in Cold Springs MN waiting on a tire place to open. I have .my 2 front tires are flat and I have to at least replace of them instead of sitting at home with.my family. Plus trying to stay warm. I DO.NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!! I would give either zero or negative points if I could!!

I brought my car in on 11/15/25 with battery issues and was told that it was not my battery and most likely the alternator and they tried to schedule it to be fixed. I told them I would take my car to my regular mechanic. Thankfully I did because it was my battery and there is nothing else wrong with my car. My battery was still under warranty but I chose to have my mechanic replace it rather than coming back to tires tires tires. I would rather pay more to work with someone I trust then not have to pay because my battery still under warranty.

These dudes will lie through their teeth over the time it will take to repair your car just so your bring it in. Meanwhile, whole sausge fest of guys behind a service desk on Minnesota Ave entertaining one another as if its a good customer focused impression. If my manager is paying a window cleaner, he is fired. Their roadside assistqnce is also not free, its a reimbursement program. All transactions pend review for approval.

Excellent service! I l'm from out of state and got a flat tire on Christmas day while parked at my mom's house. I put the spare on and drove it to Tires Tires Tires the next day. They got me in quickly and they were so friendly!We called them and told them that my Jeep was telling me to “Service Shifter”. They got it done less than two hours! And the waiting room was excellent! Went back for another issue and they told me my upper intake manifold was cracked from gaskets being replaced a while back before I bought the car and that my rocker was bad and so was my cam shaft. They told me they would order the parts but when I called to re schedule them to fix the rest they said they didn’t have the experience to fix the rocker arm and cam shaft on a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So it would take them atleast 3 days and I don’t live in Sioux Falls. So now I gotta go to another shop and have them fix it and pay for new gaskets ALL over again. And have another shop repair it. I wouldn’t have had them repair my car if I would have known that. I’m not impressed with it

They were friendly, informative, and quick. The best of all the price! I was on vacation and my son told me to go there. Glad I did! On my way home I notice “back door open”. I think a sensor must need to be reset because it was closed but message is still on my dash.I have to have my son take it back because I’ve left for Calif now. I had called and they wanted me to leave it there all day, but I couldn’t. Hoping to get faster service than that….

I had an excellent experience at Tire Tire Tire. From the very first moment, the phone service was very friendly, and upon arrival, José made me feel very confident. Although I was a bit nervous about the brake inspection at first, they reassured me and gave me the confidence that the work would be done well, and the result was exactly as expected. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable, considering their expertise and the quality of service they provide. The environment is very pleasant, with delicious coffee and tasty cookies, making the wait much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
