I called with an emergency repair. They got the truck in right away and made the repair in a timely and efficient professional manner. Will recommend them to others.

I guess the manager has some problems identifying herself or himself. That is the reason why this place is confused and disorganized.

They did a great job fixed my tires and figured out that another loves ( the one in Amarillo) had sold me missed match cranking Amp batteries 2, 950 cranking Amp and 2, 700 cranking Amp batteries and had charged me for 4 950 cranking Amp batteries and they replaced the 700 with 950s for free and I appreciate that they took the time to check.

Horrible experience, Brian Lee is just lazy.! Had a blow out and a piece of tire got stuck in between the drum and the frame and they told me they couldn’t take it out cause they weren’t mechanics so they put my blown tire back on and told me they couldn’t do nothing about it.. I got out of the bay, I parked and I had to get under and take the piece out so they could change the tire, I got back in the bay and now another excuse, that he couldn’t mount the tire and they were going to put my old tire back on.. Finding Excuses because they are just too lazy to work..

Got 4 trailer tires here and once they got me in the bay they did the work reasonably fast. They were slightly understaffed at the time but the manager, who reminded me of a fair but hard-driving shop manager I worked under 20+ years ago, seems to be pushing things in the right direction. While I was waiting there was a nice older lady in there with a company truck that was having charging problems. The diagnosis she received sounded very complete and the fix very simple and likely correct. Other shops might have taken the wide-open opportunity to fleece this person and the company they work for. Kudos to them for not doing that.

This Location employs are so mean very rude and trash treatment! If your truck needs a Shop I don't suggest it at all There is only 1 person at the shop for RS and Service! They will accept your truck and make you wait 4-8hrs only for diagnostics and will give you a huge amount of price for invoice! I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS SHOP AT AL

Very satisfied, they were timely, efficient, professional, and friendly. Had a PM done. Had to wait about 2 hours. They estimated it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. It took them about an hour and a half to service my tractor. All in all, in and out in 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours, satisfies me at a Love's shop. They can be quite busy. I've always been pleased that Love's offers tire work and light mechanical work yet, when many truck stops have gotten away from that side of the business.

Damon worked on my trailer brakes and did an amazing job. He's one of the better mechanics at this site. Thanks for spotting other issues that I didn't notice, mainly because I was more concerned about the cracked brakes and asked for a check n advise. Thank you for working quickly to resolve them. Loved the sense of humor as well. The manager on duty, Juan was knowledgeable and awesome as well.

Had an excellent experience here last night. Shop Manager Raven took care of us was very knowledgeable when we had our unit taken there for a vibration hunt. We went through a process of elimination together and figured out what was going on. Very thorough shop manager who you can tell came from the tech side of things! He treated us with respect and patience and all of this while our trailer was getting loaded. Thank you Raven.

Terrible service, every time you come to do a DOT inspection at Love's they are never available, in this location they tell me that you have to wait 2, 3 or more hours for a simple DOT inspection of the trailer, what a lack of respect on the part of The owners of the Love's company are mainly responsible for this poor service.

Shame on you. I understand that prices vary from state to state, but a $200 difference is something I’ve never seen before. Never again at this location, you don’t have those 2.5 stars for nothing.

Absolutely pathetic I went in to have a mud flap repaired—just needed a nut screwed onto a bolt. While I was there, I figured I’d get an oil change, which they actually did. But when it came to the mud flap? Total failure. They told me they couldn't fix it because “the bolt was spinning” and told me to go to a dealer. A dealer, just to screw on a nut. I told them, “You guys claim to be professionals,” and one of the workers had the nerve to say, “We ARE very professional.” Really? Professionals who can’t handle a loose bolt? I even asked them to just sell me the nut so I could do it myself. They refused. I ended up going to Home Depot, and with no tools, I fixed it myself in 10 minutes in the parking lot. That’s how simple it was. Either they have no clue what they’re doing, or they just don’t care. Never again. If this is “professional,” I’d hate to see what unqualified looks!
