Brought our Toyota truck in to have repairs done from vandalism that had occurred. Very friendly and welcoming and even dealt with our insurance directly. Super easy to work with and the finished work on the truck was amazing. Looked brand new! So happy we took our vehicle here - highly recommend!

Very terrible service. I heard so much good things about this place so when my car was vandalized I decided to go through these guys to repair my window and steering column shroud. It ended up taking them a week and lots of calling before I got an estimate I decided to go through with it and wanted to make an appointment and they said they would call me back. I waited 2 weeks and once again more calling before they finally answered and I was told they were ordering parts waited another 2 weeks and was told they ordered the wrong parts and were currently ordering the correct ones. And finally waited one more week before I got fed up of waiting and went to a different body shop and the new body shop got all the parts in 2 days and fixed it in 45 minutes it took billion 1 month and 2 weeks to order parts for my vehicle I waited way too long before I decided to go elsewhere but I really wanted to give them a chance definitely do not recommend.

I am extremely happy with the service that John Thomas provided me at Billion Collision Repair Centre (Hyundai) Sioux Falls. I had an accident with a dead dear and my car suffered damage to the bumper and underneath of the vehicle. John went out of the way to order parts and get it repaired for me and my car looks brand new again. The attention to detail was commendable. The paint for bumper exactly matches the car so I am quite happy with it. John patiently listened to all my requests and was very polite. I was depressed after the accident but John helped me with each and everything. When I got my car back, my mood really elevated. I will definitely recommend him to everyone who needs their car repaired. I also want to thank the front desk as well as the the entire team that helped with the repair.

Fast & great service, we choose Billion because of the services offered and weren't back logged like everyone locally. They may of been 2 hours away, but we got a quick knowledgeable professional response to our vehicle situation.

Terrible service. Avoid this place if you can. I brought a vehicle here for a fairly simple repair. I was told I needed a part and it'd take about a week. I called each week asking for an update and was told "we can't track it but it's not here yet." A month in, someone else looked into it and the part had never been ordered (despite assurances it just wasn't here yet). After the part was finally ordered/received, I brought the car in for the repair, only to be explained they had the wrong part. After another week to get the right part, then the schedule was blocked for weeks, and they wouldn't move to accommodate their own screw-up(s). Finally, at the repair date, it was a few hundred dollars more than expected, and they did the work without asking/checking first. Aside from the courtesy of the girls at the front desk and the shuttle driver, every other aspect of this interaction was a customer service disaster. ***Note: If you read other poor reviews here and the business notes "someone will be reaching out," this is months later -- they do not and will not reach out. This business is not interested in providing good service nor any type of service recovery even if they've knowingly screwed up.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job on fixing my Hyundai Sonata. It looks like a just bought the car. Ryan kept me updated with the process of the repair and helping me with the insurance and rental car dealings.

I bought a new traverse from Billion Chevy and it was a horrible experience. Two weeks after buying the vehicle I was hit in the front drivers side corner. I was very upset. I took it to the collision center and Eric was great to work with. I had state Farm insurance ad he worked with them to get the repairs paid for. I was able to get a rental vehicle to use. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful also. When I got my vehicle back it was just like new. I would definitely recommend Eric and the collision center. He was great to work with

The ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming! Ryan the estimator was very rude and had terrible service. The quote was way above my second quote. Got a better quote at Abra and they were friendly and professional. Won’t work with Billion ever again.

We had extensive Hail Damage on our Santa Fe this past summer. We took it to Billion Collision & had excellent Customer Service from the Front Desk Clerks & Ryan Jirsa who handled our Claim. Ryan worked directly with our Insurance & handled all the paperwork for us. The technicians did an excellent job on repairing our Santa Fe too. We would highly recommend Billion Collision if you need repairs to your vehicle. We feel like we have a new car & the employees couldn't have been nicer. Thank you to all who worked on our car, especially Ryan for keeping us informed on the progress. We really appreciate your attention to detail. Greg & Mary Ann Holden

10/10 would NEVER recommend I wish I could rave about how amazing billion collision was to work with and how they got our family vehicle back to its original state after a minor sideswipe that only affected the driver side door. But I just can't. I want to start with a positive, Allie the recep is the sweetest little thing. She was the best part of this process. As far as the rest of the crew, very disappointed. It started by getting our car in and was quoted about 3 weeks, not a worry. It ended up being done a week ahead of schedule! That was awesome. But that's where it all went down hill. They replaced the shell of the door and leaving the insides. We get the car back and with the weather we hadn't used the window, not thinking about it because it worked just fine before we took it in, but a couple days after bringing it home we discover the window is janky. We take it in and are told the window regulator is broken and we need to call insurance to see if they will replace it. First red flag, something happened when you put the guts of the door back in, as stated, it was fine before this. Get that fixed, then discover now the back window buttons don't want to push down, have to apply force. Take it back in. Told it's another part of 140 bucks and insurance probably won't cover it. Again, wasn't an issue till they put their hands on it. Dan or Dave or something like that just kept saying I don't know what to tell you when asking why they are charging for things clearly done on their time. He said he would work with us and take care of us, that was 2 weeks ago and not a word back from anyone. And I'm done wasting my time. What was supposed to be a smooth stress free experience on their part, they sure made a mess of the situation.

Billion Collision doesn't stand behind their work - In 2010 after hitting a deer I brought my 2005 Nissan Titan truck in for repairs. I worked with Dave Ling who was responsible for the repairs. When I left the shop it was pouring down rain and I proceeded to drive the vehicle some 90 miles home. As I was driving the vehicle began to shift hard and surge ultimately the truck was unable to move when in gear. I called Nissan to get a tow to the nearest Nissan Dealer, Sioux City IA, and the Sioux City location informed me that the transmission cooler was not connected after the repair which resulted in all the fluid draining and causing the transmission to fail. I contacted Dave Ling and he essentially said that they should add some fluid and will be fine. It was not fine the vehicle would not move and needed to be towed back to Sioux Falls. Dave told me it would be $6,000 to replace the transmission that they failed to connect hoses to after replacing the transmission cooler. I contacted Nissan Corporate and they said that this is clearly the Collision centers fault and that they would replace it at no charge. I called Dave Ling and he said that they would only pay half of the cost. I called Nissan Corporate again and then Dave agreed to cover the full cost. After the transmission was replaced a couple months had passed and the clear coat paint began to peel. I took it in for repair and Dave Ling claimed that they had a server crash and had no proof that they repaired my vehicle. When I produced the paperwork he agreed to fix the paint issue. About two years later it peeled again and in another location, again he claimed that he had no proof that they had done the work and again I produced the documentation. Approximately two years later the clear coat peeled again in another location and it was painted again but Dave Ling said that he wouldn't fix it again. I told him that if it peels again I would bring it back. Well the paint has peeled again and fading badly on the hood and on 9/23/20 I brought it in again, this time Dave Ling is claiming that it is the Nissan Factory paint that is peeling and not his problem. I took the truck to a Nissan certified paint shop and they verified that it is not a Nissan paint issue but rather from the Billion Collision center repair. I am now taking Billion to small claims court and filed a complaint with Attorney General's office and the BBB. I had only asked that Billion stand behind their work and fix the issues and gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refuse. I have written statements from certified paint professionals and Nissan, have contacted Billion customer service and no one is willing to help, only trying to get out of fixing it. I would not recommend working with Billion Collision center and specifically Dave Ling. Update: 8/23/22: a year later after there response below and no one has ever reached out to correct the issue. Paint is still peeled and faded and not one person has taken responsibility for this. Their response was disingenuous and I would not recommend Billion Collision center to anyone.....ever! Latest update 8/24/24: After Billion posted their response they still did nothing to resolve the issue, I took them to small claims court and got a cash payment and they said they will no longer honor the "Life-Time" warranty, which they didn't in the first place. I still drive the truck with the paint peeling off and am considering putting a sign on the truck, "paint job done by Billion Collision Center" just to make sure people know how bad their work is.

My experience with Eric M. and Billion Collision Center was amazing. My vehicle came back looking brand new. All electronic and camera parts worked as when it was manufactured. It was finished earlier than expected. It was cleaned, inside and out(twice, lol Eric). They arranged my rental and got me to the rental. The front desk ladies were so kind and responsive. I was kept up to date during the process of repair. My second time using this business in approximately 10 years, and both experiences were top notch. Thank you!

"I brought our family van to Billion Auto Shop specifically to address an issue with the sliding door. Instead of fixing the problem, their service somehow caused the window to roll down completely. To make matters worse, this happened during a rainstorm, resulting in water damage inside the van. This was not only unhelpful but actively detrimental. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of care taken with my vehicle." To make matters worse, I spoke with the shop manager, who promised to call me back, but I never heard from him. Very disappointed with the outcome and lack of follow-up."

Billion collision center did an amazing job getting my pickup to look better than it did before the accident. To top it off they got it done a week early. They communicated everything with me all throughout the whole process. They handled all my insurance paperwork and made it such an easy process.

Absolute trash company, do. Had to take my car here after an accident , car worked perfectly fine. They charged me for spark plugs and my check engine light never turned off. Took it back and it’s suddenly the timing system but they told me I need a new motor. I took it to another mechanic and he laughed and said what they did would have nothing to do with the code that came up and they scammed me. When we called to ask about it the extremely rude service guy (believe his name was Justin ) said that my car was poorly maintained, despite the fact I’ve always gotten oil changes on time and maintain my vehicle. I believe they said this to deflect from their mistake. Do not waste your time here, they’re known for shitty work. If your insurance is trying to push you to take your vehicle here go literally anywhere else

I normally only write Google reviews when I have a good experience, but unfortunately that’s not the case this time. I took my Buick to Billion on W. 41st St. for years for oil changes, etc. and had mostly good experiences. I got severely door dinged and referred to this repair center. When I dropped my car off to get an estimate, the two front desk girls were attentive and polite. RYAN JIRSA came out to assess the damage from the door ding on my already heavily hail damaged car. Instead of just doing his job, he chuckled and pointed out the hail damage on all the other areas of my car and asked me if I really wanted to get this door ding fixed. I chuckled back and said I’m highly aware of that because I bought it that way nine years ago… he then continued to suggest it’s a waste of time for them to fix because of all the other damage on my car. Mind you this guy is like 6’4” and already towering over me, giving me attitude cuz he doesn’t see the value of fixing the door ding. I tell him I still want to get it fixed and he raised his voice and stormed off like a mad teenage boy who just got told no by his mom. As I follow him back inside to set up an appointment time, he let the front door close right in front of me. What classy guy. So I show up for my appointment. They call me saying it is done 30 mins faster than expected so I take a look. The door ding is about 1/2 way gone….so I request to speak with RYAN JIRSA again hoping he is in a better mood this time…..nope. This man is soooooo emotional, my goodness. I show him the door ding is still there. He looks me in the eyes and AGAIN points out the hail damage on all the different areas of my car and tells me I should just let it be because there’s no point fixing it cuz of all the other damage….and how, “We’d have to take off the whole door just to fix it.” I am standing there thinking, I am I being punked? Where’s the camera? Cuz like the name of the business is Billion Collison Center. That seems like a pretty normal thing to happen at this place. So I got to watch him have a second tantrum in front of me and followed him inside to set up my 2nd appointment except this time I was emotional for how I was treated, again by this man child. He storms back to his desk which is right by the front desk and lets the front desk girls clean up his mess. Ally let me have a moment to calm down and wrote down her personal phone number if I needed to communicate with anyone there again….and helped me set up a rental vehicle. I am happy to report that after alll of Ryan’s drama, my door ding was repaired 100%. I hope DAVE BILLION sees this and holds his man child employee accountable because if that is how he treats customers, I can only imagine how he treats his coworkers and family for that matter.
