★☆☆☆☆ Hey so I would not suggest tires plus they over charged me on labor charges twice and said the computer spit out the charges they did a sway bar link and boot in the same area they were in the front left of the vehicle and then they charged me for 2 serpentine belts and put one on and they charged me to remove a skid plate twice that was never there I ended up paying 1700 for this bill and they only refunded me barely 300bucks and ik they overcharged me for parts and labor I've been a customer here all my life and plus I kept putting my vehicles in there after this and then I had them do a serpentine belt on my other suburban I made it 4 blocks and it snapped some how and they said their was nothing they could do until I got it there so i was stuck with a tow bill on top of all 3 of my vehicles being worked on very upset with tires plus

★★★★★ I usually do not leave reviews but in this instance I couldn't sit with that mentality. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with a simple oil change appointment that was supposed to be covered by Carvana Care. Not only did Tim reassure me on multiple fronts with the process, he also including coupons and waived fees to help me out. Customer service can really make or break and Tim's definitely made it. Thanks again and I have to call CC to figure things out on their end. 👍🏻
