They threw away 4 of my tires with less than 10,000 miles on them and refused to do anything about it until I made a scene. Said "mistakes happen" and offered me an oil change. No accountability at all just a bunch of losers who can't do their jobs. Literally made me feel crazy for being upset about this.

April 18th I had an appointment to get 2 of my tires replaced, days later, April 24th, one of my tires quite literally fell off my car while I was driving. Thankfully I was in a parking lot and not on the interstate as I am multiple times a day. I found out it was a simple mistake of my lug nuts not being put on tight enough. It has now been over 3 months and this weekend I am finally getting the body work of my car fixed. I was told by Tim who I believe is the general manager of this store "corporate dropped the ball" when it came to the company fixing my car and that's why it has taken several months. I have been nothing but patient and kind but I am only a 20 year old woman and have felt nothing but being taken advantage of. I have had to go in and call several times to get any sort of answers on what's going on and when my car is going to be fixed, because I wouldn't hear anything for weeks at a time. Not only that but I haven't even been offered a refund for the tires and services I received April 18th. Very disappointed and confused.

Did a fine job on my brakes as far as I can tell. Lug nuts on drivers side front were loose after I left. Luckily, I noticed when I went to air up my tire and they were HAND-Loose. Check your lugs after service!

I have been here twice now both times that I have been there have been the best experiences I have ever had at a tire shop. They go beyond expectations they always put a smile on my face and always make sure I always have what I need and know what I need next they always make sure I have everything scheduled properly. Lee and Tim helped me immensely the first time I went the second time I went Tim Lee and Jordan all helped me immensely got me on the road and made sure I was safe with my new baby. When I was still pregnant Lee and Tim got me back on the road when I was going through a whole bunch of trouble and I appreciate every bit of it. . I would consider Tim as family at this point 💕
