Kevin was excellent and I highly recommend this shop. We towed our car there the night before and by early afternoon, the alternator was replaced. The price for our service was lower than expected. Also, Kevin recharged our battery to save costs, while other shops would have defaulted into buying a new one. Highly recommend Kevin and Bill's for your auto needs.

These guys treated me totally awesome. I was stuck in the area while on business and they repaired a botched starter in my Honda Accord which was replaced in another shop the day before. They were sympathetic and got me back on the road the next morning. Javier and Kevin took care and honored the warranty and really helped me out. The store attendant allows easy drop off and pick up after hours which is super convenient. The car service provided by Javier is done with integrity, friendliness and extreme knowledge /competence. My recent visit was covered under warranty that was originally performed by another shop. Therefore, I am very happy that there was no charge! I will definitely be back.

My car had quite a few issues, and he took the time to walk me through everything—providing a detailed inspection report, explaining what was wrong, and outlining what needed to be fixed. Bill's Automotive Repair was able to solve a long standing problem that we were experiencing with our 2007 Honda Accord. The car was great in all other respects, however, the motor would intermittently turn over, but not start. This made the car unreliable and caused us to limit its use. After paying the dealer nearly $1,000.00 to replace the fuel pump, the issue still persisted. Unwilling to put much more money into such an old vehicle, we were about ready to junk it, when a friend suggested that cleaning the throttle body might correct the problem. We took the car to Bill's Automotive Repair on the corner of Tampa Rd. and Hwy US 19 where the mechanic listened to our story and took it into consideration when doing his diagnosis and repair. They cleaned the throttle body and performed an idle relearn for $125.00. It has been over four months now and our Honda is starting every time and running like new. THANKS, GUYS. GREAT JOB!
