Took my vehicle to have transmission fixed and they took the vehicle to another mechanic to fix the transmission. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Please beware.

Paul does a fantastic job on BMW'S he will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, and what you need. He doesn't try and get over on you!

This place is an embarrassing excuse of a business. Feel like we were ripped off. Left in worse condition than we brought it in as. Wish there was an option for no stars. 👎

Worst mechanics in the world. Charges are outrageous and unreasonable. Slow at their job and very sneaky with pricing. Ask questions before taking vehicle in. Do not trust Paul.

Reasonable place for BMW's. They get a bad reputation because people think they overcharge, but really it's that BMW parts cost SO much. They have a very reasonable per hour rate for labor.

Great shop. Went the distance to make sure my BMW was repaired correctly. This is a quality shop, if you are not willing to pay to have it done right and are a cheapskate, don't bother them and then write a crummy review.

These guys used bad parts 3x on my BMW brakes. They also acted like I was crazy when I stated they squeaked and car was shaking after their repairs. And apparently "All BMW brakes shed black dust after a week and squeak." $800+ later and the brakes are still bad. Beware.

Paul, is not an honest person, I have spent thousands of dollars with him, he is despicable, my car wasn't repaird. He tried 2 lie, stated, my car needed a battery, I paid him $160 4 a new battery that he said was new. He thought, I would take his word!!! I had the battrie checked out, used battery. Come 2 find out, it was my alternater. He tried 2 rip me off, but I took his battery back and got my refund. He calls himself a a specialist!! Yes he's a specialist at ripping people off. Please never take your car to Paul. These r words of Truth!!!

Paul at Beamer Speclist has worked on my 2007 328 wagon for years. I am not sure I always trusted him yet I believed him and often paid big money to fix my car! Last week I let him replace my battery, while he replaced battery his (Mechanic) blew my lighting. Paul took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY ZERO! Wanted to charge me $800.00 for a new FOOTWELL. PAUL SAID yeah, Sometimes they go back what can you do. I knew in my heart number one he was responsible number to my lights were working perfect when he received the car. I chose to take my car elsewhere. It was not the foot well it was a fuse!!!!! Omg, I will never ever darken his door again. Unacceptable business practices. Find someone else.

I've known the owner for years. He runs a good honest business and he and his crew are top-notch. If I ever have any troubles with my BMW I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Great people.

I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after thinking on it, and now discovering even more BS, can’t in good faith not inform others. They are not reliable, careless, and will try and size you up and see how knowledgeable you are and try to rip you off. Junction box lid was broken being opened. Interior upholstery was stained. Multiple bolts on a variety of parts were not torqued or tightened. And, fuel injectors were installed incorrectly without a decoupling ring and are more then likely the cause of my new valve cover leak and the new fuel injector gone, pulled missing its seal. I’m not a professional but I know how my car looks and works and where’s what. I’m also no electrician and was in a bind, thus why I chose them in the first place. I would not recommend this place so.. Best of luck with your car problems.

I took my BMW here two days ago to get a simple diagnostic to reveal any problems. I was told the diagnostic would take 4 hours and I would have to leave the car there. After 4 hours I picked up the car and took it home. I went to pick up something from the rear seat and realized the door handle was not working; it had been working perfectly before! I looked at the diagnostic checklist and saw no problem reported on any of the doors. Furthermore, I realized there were a lot of scratches left on my car that were not there before. I took it back the next day and the owner admitted that the scratches were their fault and that they would fix it if I left the car with them again. He refused to even look at the door and see what was wrong with it. He quoted me a $300 fee to fix it. The people here don't care about the cars they check and mistreat and mishandle them. Take your car to a respectable dealership or repair shop with a good reputation.

This place is a joke! Please !!Please!! Please go somewhere else and save the hassle I had!!!I dropped my car off on a Sunday and never heard from them all week until I called Paul after a week or so. He had my car for a month and said it was fixed and I paid over 1400$ for engine work( the car would go into limp mode after accelerating when getting on a highway). I drove it the day he gave it back to me and the car lost power on the highway which is not good at all. Brought it back that day and he kept it another 3 weeks. I told him to just give me another estimate as to what is wrong as after 1400$ I had no satisfaction. He called me and said it’s ready but it would be another 600$. Can’t believe he is still in business. I will never deal with him again. Take it to Century BMW…..might be a little more but they are competent and stand by their work.

Called to see if they might be able to help me reset my milage after having my brakes done. According to them there was no way to just reset the on-board computer. They quoted me 200 dollars. Would need the car for the day. So 10 minutes and a youtube video later... yeah very easy. Well at least now I know not to EVER go there. When you see these reviews saying they cheat their customers...believe it.

This place is a complete joke! Wanted to charge me 200.00 bucks just to pull my car outside the gate (50ft) so I could tow it somewhere else. Ended up selling the car and he added the 200.00 to my bill and never moved the car. Asked him what the 200.00 was for and he said storage! I should've read the reviews first!

I called beamer specialist because my lights wouldn't cut off sometimes,he gave me a quote of 150 for a flat rate diagnostic fee.I took the car to him showed him exactly what the car was doing he told me to bring it back the next week.He explained that my 07 e90 needed a fuse box in the dash replacement but he offered to try to have it repaired first. After stating it could not be fixed he still charged me 150,then he ordered one from bmw for 460 and installed it only to say the body model wouldn't hold a program,he then sent the body module to have work done on it and charged me about the same as for the other module. Also he put a piece of wiring harness on it that he stated would fix the car guaranteed. He called me told me the total price was 1,686.I drove the car to wade hampton from his shop and it cut off.i called him told him the car was in limp mode and kept turning off,I had it towed back to him.I went by his shop a few days later he came out the back with a module in his hand stating he couldn't go any further on the car until the body module was replaced, reason it had water in it,I explained ed if it had water in it he did it and that I would not purchase any parts to he fix a car that was running perfect before he worked on and now it won't pull out the parking lot.We went back and forth until he said he would purchase one and have a guy from bmw come look at it,I went to his shop one day after and he said I've got bmw involved and their going to look at it,I called him now hes saying it need a cast module but im not going down a rabbit hole with him,I'm not even sure if anyone looked at the car at all but he lied to start with he offered to give me some of my money back because he said the took the fuse box out in two parts its easier that way but its a one piece part and it it was destroyed when he took it out why would he send it somewhere to be repaired also the body module if he knew it had water in it why send it somewhere to be repaired and charge me,now he says the car is at bmw when in fact they do not work on older modle bmws but the sad part is i told him i smelt wires burning now he has them involved when i never told him they could work on my car I will be filing a civil suit but do not take your car to this place.
