Absolute BEST place to take a mini cooper. Gone here multiple times now for issues that other specialty mini shops and dealer couldn’t figure out. (Or they wanted arm and leg for). Literally thought I was going to have to scrap my car before finding Bimmertech. It’s the kind of place that will actually find the real small piece/issue vs saying just replace a huge chunk. Ac fixed without replacing unit, seperate wiring issue fixed without replacing harness, years of mechanic stumping fuel issues fixed- can’t recommend more.

Highly recommend if you love your BMW. I experienced honest, kind, and knowledgeable service with Leslie up front. The management was extremely helpful and understanding. They worked to accommodate both my finances and my schedule. On top of that, the costs were spot on. No gimmicks. I was allowed to pay up front, and my e46 325ci drove away happier than she’d been in a long long time. I made an extra appointment for diagnostics. And it’s a weird feeling wanting to go back to the mechanic, just cuz.

I am speechless... I scheduled a service with Bimmer Tech to have my brakes changed out. The day of my appointment they did a check to make sure I didn't need anything else prior to starting and they came back and told me that my brakes were at 50% so I really didn't need brakes yet unless I just wanted to change them now for convenience. I am speechless! I've never been to an auto repair shop that actually told me what I don't need at least my regular scheduled service. I thanked them and told them though they didn't have my business that day. They would see me as soon as I needed anything else. Honesty goes a long way.... special thank you to Leslie who shared the info with me and the tech who was honest about his findings. This only tells me that anytime I do need your service. The honesty will continue. Now that's real service! I highly recommend them if you're in need of honest service... their waiting room was very clean and neat as well... very impressed!

They always know what is wrong with my 2011 328i, unlike other places where you have to go back over and over for the same issue (especially if you are a woman they never bother explaining in detail or explain the right car parts vocabulary). This place always explains in detail what they will fix, give you a price on repairs and get the work done on time. I've been going there now for 2 years, definitely recommend. And they never give me unnecessary add-ons to make money like most places do especially to woman. The lady in the front desk knows her cars, car parts, and is really good at explaining what is going with the car. She tells me what is going on with correct car vocabulary, I google it, and she is spot on with her information and with the reasons I bring the car in. Always gets fixed correctly the first time.

Buyer beware! I purchased exactly what their customer service tech said to - $180 map upgrade for my bmw M4. After I received it - it did not work. Upon further investigation- they said they made a mistake with my car and I needed a Region Update at $480 more!!! They knew the car was purchased in Germany and they could have been upfront with all of the costs. They have been horrible at responding to my request for a refund - be careful with this company

Can’t say enough great things about this family run company! Amazing service with passionate people running it! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. They gave my 330i the routine maintenance and tuneup it needed and I was very impressed. I would recommend the shop to anybody with a BMW who wants it taken care of the way it should be! Can’t wait to go back!!! Nelson the owner and Leslie in the office are so kind and helpful. Luis who worked on my car knew exactly what the issue was during the test drive! Very reputable repair shop. The team is very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Sometimes I think the the customer service rep at the front is the mechanic with how knowledgeable she is. I do my research and I work on my car but any repairs to big to handle (no lift to get certain things done easily) or if I do not have the time my car goes to BimmerTech without question. They have fair pricing, not cheap but certainly not bmw astronomical prices. Lastly I haven’t personally met the mechanics but I can tell you they know what they are doing. After diagnostics are performed on my car they have always diagnosed the issue correctly. I know this because I have researched and diagnosed the issue myself before bringing it to them and I know they aren’t just telling me replace arbitrary parts just for out the blue. Great service and communication, keep up the great work BimmerTech team!!!

I highly suggest you stop your search and call these folks FIRST. Whatever is it you need, check with them. The team is efficient, professional and friendly. I was genuinely shocked at how pleasant my experience was; something so rare in 2025. They were fast, fair and effective. Took care of my issue in 1 day! They won me for life. These guys/gals are the best! After having only taken my car to stealerships in other states, I moved to Florida and struggled to find a reputable indy to do my work as the local dealerships created and cancelled appointments on me without any notice. They also wanted to charge me astronomical pricing like 200% more than standard (no joke!) for parts and services. They wouldn't treat me as an equal customer as I did not purchase my car from them, enter Bimmer Tech Inc. They got me in, showed me what the issues I had were, and even saved me from a catastrophic brake line failure on I-4. Safe to say, my car wouldn't be where it is today if it weren't for these guys. The team is fantastic, and they will be the only shop I take my car to in the area for any and all work on my build. Shoutout to you team! Thank you for the fair and just pricing, and working with me on scheduling and parts. TL:DR These guys are hands down one of, if not, the best BMW shops in the area.
