The entire process from beginning to end was seamless with Classic COLLISION. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. We’re very prompt and on time with everything. When I got my car back, they even had the audacity to clean the inside, which was very helpful. Not to mention I was able to drop my rental car off right there instead of having to take it to enterprise and then have to go get my car, which made life way easier. Would definitely recommend!!

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Orlando Super Center and was impressed by everyone who had a part in repairing my vehicle. The receptionist at the desked called and fixed me up with a rental car which was delivered to me at their shop, without having to wait. When I picked my car up all I needed to do was leave the rental with them and they took it from there. My car was repaired like new and they even washed and vacuumed the inside. We also had them install some factory rain guards on our windows which were very reasonable since I had purchased some after market ones off the internet when we purchased our Jeep new and we had two that had come off. We decided to have them installed by a professional. My Jeep looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Their body shop and waiting area was extremely clean, and everyone was wearing a mask, but not because they were trying to rob you! ha ha. If I every need any more work done it will be by them and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Valarie Meadors

My BMW has been with CC since December 6th 2024 on a geico claim. It is March 25th now. The car is still there!!! Every time I call they tell Me it’s ready tomorrow, then they end up ordering more parts… this is beyond aggravating and unprofessional. I feel treated very poorly. I have never been able to reach the manager. My suggestion: take your vehicle somewhere else.

This place is unethical, they quoted me $2000 for a scratch… Which every second opinion said was absolutely insane. I called them out for it and suddenly the price dropped to $900… Transparent pricing and ethics are important to running a business, and this place does not have either.

I was in a accident. My repair work should have been mostly cosmetic but something was done and then it ran worse than when I brought it in. And I was sent to ford for them to do a "deeper diagnostic". They showed the issue was an overlook by the shop. EDIT Ford said both issues were caused by this shop and not the accident at all. Both things were not hooked up right. Hoses were wrong and the wiring harness was arranged wrong. I dont understand how you think you solved anything. I am still unhappy and now someone had to fix your mistakes. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!

Please never send your car to this place, they couldn’t attach bumper correctly. Instead of ordering right parts, they got after market bs and glued it to fender. Never seen that before, worst ever experience I ever had.

I had my rear end of my car bumped by my neighbor’s Toyota Camry which was backing out of her garage. Though it was a creeping speed, visible scars and scratches were made on my bumper. I went to the dealer (Porsche South Orlando) which recommended me to visit this shop. They were very honest enough to say “let us try something right now.” and two professionals in turn cleaned with soft clothes. After about fifteen minutes, visible scratches were all gone. They said that ceramic coating helped to protect the body surface and they could fix it without body work. No invoice. How can they be so honest! I am impressed with their knowledge and honesty. I left some tips with greatest pleasure.

Classic Collision was an authorized repair facility with my insurer. I was pleasantly surprised that they had Saturday morning hours (my accident occurred late on a Friday night 2 weeks before Christmas). When I called Saturday morning, I was happy that the general manager (Seth) was able to arrange a tow on Saturday so I could speak with him in person about the repair process and timing expectations before the shop closed. After that, they took care of everything. The communication was clear, helpful, and friendly; most of all, the messages happened as requested (only when there was a significant update). The vehicle looked great after all the work was completed. My accident occured about a 4-hour drive from where I live in FL. I was so happy with the work, I brought in 2 more vehicles that had body damage to this location to do the work. Completely happy with those results, too. Special thanks to Manny & Heather for making the whole process easy and for their kindness and helpful approach. They took great care of my cars and me/my family.
