Wanted to give a shout out to JMJ Automotive off Landstreet in Orlando for being Honest, Reliable, and cost-saving mechanics. Thank you!! I bought a used Prius with a known error code. Turns out the issue was more involved than originally anticipated (intricate battery system). They helped diagnose the problem, an intensive process that required multiple (3) visits, while providing useful knowledge to help me save money on labor, parts, and towing (only towed once and not the other two times the car was in safe mode). They focused on fixing what really needed to be fixed! No guessing or unneeded work! Plus, they took a look at and helped with my Jeep when I had an error code pop up with it and was there waiting to find out more on the Prius! Thanks Mike and '57' for your dedication to great service!

My Focus was brought in for a bad Rack and Pinion. After waiting a week i got my car back which had the part replaced but didnt have a proper alignment done (car pulled hard right on acceleration) I planned on getting 2 new tires anyway but was a little frustrated they didnt do one. After i put the tires on i took my car to pepboys for the alignment. To my suprise they told me they couldn't because the inner tie rod was bent. Now any decent mechanic would have noticed and notified the customer that something needed to be fixed for the safety and well being of the driver especially if he or she were already working in that area (Rack and Pinion replacement) or if they actually took the time to make sure the car drove straight after leaving their shop. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I called here to have a machine press on a Hub for my 20 year old nephew. I was given a price of $65. I was told to wait until the following day and they would get us in. No problem we waited my nephew took in it early the next day and then was told at the counter it would be more than $65 and the owner that quoted us wasn’t there, and they were short handed and couldn’t possibly do it that day. How is this good customer service? I told my nephew that we had arrangements and if they couldn’t honor it then we walk. He told that to the counter guy who let him walk out not giving one care in the world. Luckily I was able to get everything done within an hour that day from a location within a mile for only $40!!! Not $65 and then asking for more and placing us on a hold day or so longer !!! See when you promise one thing on the phone and can’t deliver and you let your non caring counter guy dictate another, then you buy this feedback! Get a new counter guy, who don’t let business walk. So I don’t recommend this facility at all!

I was traveling through Orlando and my transmission started slipping to the point of being almost undriveable and dangerous (It wouldnt move sometimes when I hit the gas and other times would rev up to 4000 rpm while barely moving). JMJ was the only nearby place that answered my call. I rolled in and talked to Mike about the situation. It was about 3 pm and I was over an hour drive from the place I was staying. There were cars everywhere and all of the employees were working on different cars. Mike recomended trying a new trans filter and new fluid. Being from out of town my options were limited. Honestly with 130k miles on it I figured a new transmission was in my future but he thought this would be worth a try. We only had 1 more night where we were staying and were planning to head home to Michigan the next day. I figured a new transmission could delay us at least 1 week which would mean trying to rent a different place to stay and a car to move all our stuff. Mike pulled a guy off another project to do the flush... After he took it on a test drive I was back on the road in under 2 hours. I drove an hour back to where I was staying with no issues. We then loaded the grand caravan up to the ceiling and drove it home for the next 2 days with no issues. I thank God for directing me to JMJ! The price was very reasonable and they were very professional. I appreciated that they didnt take advantage of the situation by overcharging a desperate client for an emergency repair. I would highly recommend them and wish they had a shop closer to my home. :)

I would just like to start of by giving a big thank you to Michael. Michael’s customer service was outstanding from the moment i spoke with him on the phone. He didn’t guess or do unnecessary test. He listened to what I thought was wrong with my car and checked to make sure. Then quickly worked to get the parts and get it repaired. Will definitely be taking my car back here if any other issues occurs. Definitely recommend this place. Totally worth the drive.

Had a fuel pump replaced here. It was covered under my warranty. They had it done the next day. There was another problem with the car that was not covered under the warranty. They gave me a very reasonable quote on it and did not pressure me into doing it right away. They worked with the warranty company with no problems. Good honest work at a fair price.
