Do not take your car here, they do a poor job and will shake you for your hard earned money. They wanted replace a perfectly fine turbo for 5k … they changed a charge pipe and didn’t even connect it. Making my cars condition worse then I brought it in. Run away do not bring your cars here. Maybe others gave good review but in reality they don’t know how these mechanics robbed them. 0 stars

Absolutely the WORST mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had!! Took my VW GTI in for a timing chain replacement + carbon cleaning service. I told them upfront before I brought the car in I had my own parts I purchased from ECS Tuning and they said NOTHING about being “responsible” for those parts and offered to perform the job with no problem. Then AFTER I paid them $1600 after waiting a week and a half and POLITELY asking them within that time for updates on the car, they kept saying “it’ll be ready tomorrow” several times! They returned my car back to me after I finally paid and to their credit, they did perform the main services and the car as a result ran better. However my car then had a MASSIVE oil leak along with bolts they left loose, coolant overfilled, and my washer fluid tube was completely broken! Had to then return my car back to them 4 times more just for the oil to still be leaking crazy after ensuring me it was good. THEN after I RIGHTFULLY let my frustrations known to them after being very nice, respectful and patient, they had the audacity to say “we’re not responsible for these parts since you supplied them with us” and give me an attitude back and talked down on me talking about “I’m trying to educate you”. So then why the heck didn’t you say that BEFORE?? Had you told me before I brought the car in I would’ve had you guys buy the parts or let alone save my time, money, and energy to go elsewhere where I wouldn’t have to deal with this insane stress!! On top of that they have not apologized or shown any remorse ONCE! I had to spend extra money on 4 different Ubers just to keep having a ride back home after dropping the car back to them and going there just so they can STILL return my car back to me with the same massive oil leak. Along with the overfilled coolant and broken washer fluid tube which they still did not fix or address it, I’ve decided to be VERY NICE and not bother them for those since it’s minor issues. In conclusion they finally fixed the oil leak after 2 weeks of dealing with this nightmare for something that should’ve been taken care of and ensuring it’s done right in 2-3 days. On top of that my passenger door is now slightly scratched after getting it back from them for the 4th time. I’m not even sure how these guys have 5 star rating they must be paying AI or some random people just to write positive reviews. They don’t care about their customers and only care about the money! Never going back here again..

Never again. Dishonest mechanics. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly and wanted to change parts that didn’t need changing. Charged me for services they did perform and did a bad job on it as well. Leaving things unconnected. Save yourself time and money take your car elsewhere.

Called over the weekend and spoke to Steven on the phone. He seemed friendly and very knowledgeably on Porsches. Then upon taking my vehicle there he was and is very knowledgeable and also super friendly. I will take my vehicle there every time it needs work. Do yourself a favor and find an honest mechanic and Steven is one. If you ever need work done especially on Porsches or European vehicles take it here.
