Never again. Dishonest mechanics. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly and wanted to change parts that didn’t need changing. Charged me for services they did perform and did a bad job on it as well. Leaving things unconnected. Save yourself time and money take your car elsewhere.

First time I came here was great. Got my ac compressor fixed for half the price of what another mechanic quoted me and the compressor still works fine today. However the next time I came back to this mechanic, my experience wasn't so great. My car had a check engine light because of my mass air flow sensor even though my car was running perfectly fine with the faulty sensor. So I bought a new sensor anyways so the check engine light would turn off. I took it to this place to have it installed and after the installation, the check engine light was still on and my car was now idling high. So I tell Steven (the owner) what's going on and he told me that his mechanic just forgot to properly map the new mass air flow sensor to my car's computer. So they went ahead and mapped the new sensor to my computer. The check engine light went off for about a day. The car was also still idling high, but there was no check engine light so I told Steven about it and he said the duralast mass air flow sensors will cause a higher than normal idle but it should be okay anyways since the sensor was properly mapped to the computer. So the check engine light was off for a day and then it came back on. The scan was now showing that I had to replace the valve cover gasket and I had a air intake leak. So I figured it was just a coincidence that these parts were now failing as well because I drove around with the faulty mass air flow sensor for a couple of weeks before having it fixed because my car was driving normal. And I had heard that driving around with a faulty mass air flow sensor can sometimes lead to other problems. So Steven told me that he can try fixing the valve cover gasket first because that might also erase the code for air intake leak. So I had the valve cover gasket replaced and the check engine turned off so I drove the car home. When I was almost home, the check engine light turned back on. So I got home and scanned the car and looked underneath the car and I saw that my oil pan was soaked and dripping oil. The scan was also still reading that I had an air intake leak. At this point I was really pissed off so I went back to C&S and explained my concerns to Steven. He explained to me that when they fixed the valve cover gasket, the oil from that dripped into my engine bay and made it's way down to my oil pan which got covered in oil. He said that his mechanic forgot to clean it up. So they wiped all the oil off and the oil pan doesn't appear to be leaking anymore. Steven then proceeded to show me the valve cover gasket he replaced for me in my engine bay to assure me the quality of the parts that were used. While showing me the new parts in the car, he had his mechanic rev my car up a little to make sure he didn't hear anything wrong with the car. When his mechanic started to rev the car up, my engine started shaking like crazy! Steven told me that I will probably need the engine mounts replaced soon. The crazy thing about this is I just had my mom rev my engine up for me a week ago and my engine wasn't shaking at all. Now all the sudden I need new engine mounts too! Also something to note, I had to get my windshield wiper jets fixed 3 times in the span of a month because the mechanic wasn't able to fix it the first two times. I was giving Steven the benefit of the doubt because his shop is really close to my house but I will no longer be giving him my business. Also another side note, the parking here is terrible, and you always have to do an 8 point turn to get out because it's that tight with all the cars he's got on his lot.

Called over the weekend and spoke to Steven on the phone. He seemed friendly and very knowledgeably on Porsches. Then upon taking my vehicle there he was and is very knowledgeable and also super friendly. I will take my vehicle there every time it needs work. Do yourself a favor and find an honest mechanic and Steven is one. If you ever need work done especially on Porsches or European vehicles take it here.

As others have recently shared do NOT take your car here. I had the misfortune of being hit by one of his employees who is unlicensed and was driving someone else’s BMW X3 on a Saturday afternoon with no insurance. He became hostile when I went to call the police to report the accident. He gave me Steven’s number (the owner) and told me he would fix my Toyota Camry without him “going to jail”. I suffer from anxiety and noticed the situation was escalating when I insisted we call the police. He had some other guy show up and I knew I had to get out of there. Ok, so my car isn't brand new but the headlight was broken and there is noticeable damage to the front right side so when it was safe I called the owner that Monday to confirm that the man illegally driving the BMW was indeed an employee. Steven said he’d make it right and it’s been phone tag ever since. I went there in person and shook his hand and saw the employee that wrecked my baby and he told me he’d fix it. I have text messages between him and myself telling me to bring the car in for repair and paint then he goes quiet. It’s been over 2 months and I still can’t drive my baby at night. I’m 100% sure that the owner of that BMW wasn’t informed that their car was involved in an accident. Guess what though? I have the pictures that show the employee driving. I was hoping Steven (considering I saved his employee some jail time) would have some integrity but apparently I’m SOL and will have to deal with this alternatively. I even offered to get my baby fixed and I could invoice him. Again, nothing. If you love your car like I do, STAY AWAY. Also if you are the owner of grayish BMW that had your vehicle at this shop on 7/27 I’m sorry to say that your vehicle was involved in a wreck. Feel free to contact me and we both can pursue legal action together.

Do not take your car here, they do a poor job and will shake you for your hard earned money. They wanted replace a perfectly fine turbo for 5k … they changed a charge pipe and didn’t even connect it. Making my cars condition worse then I brought it in. Run away do not bring your cars here. Maybe others gave good review but in reality they don’t know how these mechanics robbed them. 0 stars

Hello, Steven it’s been since September 15,2025 since we purchased the F150 2010 I’ve been calling you, almost every week since then. You keep saying that the plate it’s going to be ready on a certain date and never happens. It’s always the same excuse that the lady that does your paperwork is delayed she has the paper or she doesn’t have them. This is very frustrating, whenever we purchased the car you only gave us the temporary plate and nothing that shows that we purchased the car from you. At this point it is very unprofessional how you keep saying a date and we still don’t have the Title of the vehicle or the plate. I called you last Friday Oct 24th and you didn’t answer, then I called 3 times today and no response each time is an excuse you never call back. I NEED THE TITLE AND THE PLATE OF THE VEHICLE THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM YOU! Posting this on google reviews to see if he gets back to me.

Absolutely the WORST mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had!! Took my VW GTI in for a timing chain replacement + carbon cleaning service. I told them upfront before I brought the car in I had my own parts I purchased from ECS Tuning and they said NOTHING about being “responsible” for those parts and offered to perform the job with no problem. Then AFTER I paid them $1600 after waiting a week and a half and POLITELY asking them within that time for updates on the car, they kept saying “it’ll be ready tomorrow” several times! They returned my car back to me after I finally paid and to their credit, they did perform the main services and the car as a result ran better. However my car then had a MASSIVE oil leak along with bolts they left loose, coolant overfilled, and my washer fluid tube was completely broken! Had to then return my car back to them 4 times more just for the oil to still be leaking crazy after ensuring me it was good. THEN after I RIGHTFULLY let my frustrations known to them after being very nice, respectful and patient, they had the audacity to say “we’re not responsible for these parts since you supplied them with us” and give me an attitude back and talked down on me talking about “I’m trying to educate you”. So then why the heck didn’t you say that BEFORE?? Had you told me before I brought the car in I would’ve had you guys buy the parts or let alone save my time, money, and energy to go elsewhere where I wouldn’t have to deal with this insane stress!! On top of that they have not apologized or shown any remorse ONCE! I had to spend extra money on 4 different Ubers just to keep having a ride back home after dropping the car back to them and going there just so they can STILL return my car back to me with the same massive oil leak. Along with the overfilled coolant and broken washer fluid tube which they still did not fix or address it, I’ve decided to be VERY NICE and not bother them for those since it’s minor issues. In conclusion they finally fixed the oil leak after 2 weeks of dealing with this nightmare for something that should’ve been taken care of and ensuring it’s done right in 2-3 days. On top of that my passenger door is now slightly scratched after getting it back from them for the 4th time. I’m not even sure how these guys have 5 star rating they must be paying AI or some random people just to write positive reviews. They don’t care about their customers and only care about the money! Never going back here again..
