Tesla owners beware! I brought my car in on 8/18/17 after being hit on the right side and was told since it's a Tesla, it could take longer for parts and thus a six to eight-week repair time. I was completely fine with that. At the eight-week mark, I had to call and see if it would be ready, to which I was laughed at and told, "You might not want to return your rental yet." At that point, my husband and I stopped in to see the progress and that's when we met Dave, the "manager," who not only was completely annoyed that we stopped by, but unprofessionally told us "come on back" without any type of introduction or even a hello; thus began a continuing nightmare. Not once did Dave pick up the phone to tell us about any type of delay or when we can expect the car to be ready. I had to reach out each time (and I did it via email because calls weren't returned). Four (4) months later when I was told it was ready, I suggested Tesla take a look at it and inspect it prior to pick up, and was then informed it wasn't up to Tesla standards and was sent back to the shop. I now have an appointment with Tesla for a nonstop creeking sound coming from the windshield and an egregious welding/painting job by the trunk (see below picture). I mean, they only had four-plus months to get it right?! The only reason I gave this a two star instead of a one is because Chris, the employee who on-boarded us; the receptionist Brittany; and Jared, a newer employee who was there when I picked up the car, were quite the opposite of Dave and were very polite, professional and accommodating. I also received a follow-up phone call from a regional manager when he learned of my dissatisfaction, which I very much appreciated. I feel like Service King has the potential, they just need to put the right people in the appropriate positions who know how to communicate and know the definition of "customer service"!

unique situation. fender bender resulted in inability to open driver-side door. front quarter panel pushed back but other visible damage was modest. we had planned to drive up to Massachusetts in a week using this car but full repairs could not be completed in that timeframe. service manager took car to the shop and came back in 15 min with door working. said come back in when you get back and we'll finish the work. very friendly and helpful!!! I'll be back 👍

I needed a piece of wheel trim put on my car. I purchased the part at the dealer {$300} and was told it would be at least 2hrs to get the part clipped on and the cost would be around $100 . Service King/ crash champion’s went above and beyond for me in fixing my car after a little rear end fender bender. They are great at keeping in contact so you are aware of your vehicles status, and I got my car back after a week and a half. David and his team did great work on my car, and Christine at the front desk was always a pleasure to talk to. They even have a lifetime warranty on their work. I have to say this was a terrific, hassle free experience.....even though I was po'd the vehicle was hit in the backside, stopped at a traffic light. In any case, this turned out being a great experience, both customer service and quality of workmanship issues included. I had my first ever car accident and the entire passenger side of my Malibu was torn up. I had no idea what to expect for the repair process. Thank You Crash Champions, my car was returned in 6 days! Very professional and great eye to detail. My car came back better. I did a good inspection and they didn't do any mistakes. No gaps between doors. I didn't have to go back and forth on things they missed. I've had a terrible experience at Gerber Collision years ago and I have to say you can trust Crash Champions with your car.
