To be honest, nice people, but I truly feel like some mechanics try to take advantage and tell you that something is wrong instead telling you the truth. Everything is about the $$$. Think about it twice before you go. Oh and the times that google says they open is wrong... 🤦‍♂️ they told me them selfs... go Mondays when the owner is there

If I could give it zero stars I would!!! Their sign and online said they closed at 5:30pm on Wednesday. I got a flat tire leaving work and went to them because they were the closest. I arrived at 4:23pm exactly and they saw that my tire was completely flat and their exact words were “We are closed”. At 4:23pm on a Wednesday that WASN’T even a holiday or anything. I was literally riding on the rim and they saw it and said they were closed!! It’s honestly laughable how bad the customer service was here.

I called in a hurry for a used tire for my 4-Runner. Not only did they have the same brand/model, they charged me very fairly, then mounted, balanced, and installed it in a flash. THEN I was told if I ever had a manufacturer's defect problem with it, they would take care of it anytime... NOBODY else has ever given me any kind of backup like that on a used tire. When I need new tires all the way around, I'm coming back to these guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was referred to me after I got new tires. I had to go back 3 times for an alignment in 4 weeks and have had to replace the front 2 tires 2 more times in the same amount of time. After the first "alignment I could hear something rubbing under the car and within a couple of days the car started jerking to the right. (This started after they worked on the car). I took the car to my mechanic to see what was rubbing. My mechanic took the whole front of the car apart and put it back. His only note was that no marks were left to show an actual alignment had been done. When checking the new tires we saw that they were completely bald in the center. I called and spoke to someone at Amigos Tires who said they do alignments all the time and they knew what they were doing and that tires can't go bad in one week. They asked me to bring the car back. I replaced the tires first and took the car back in good faith to have it "realigned". When they checked the car the guy says "wow, have you had any work done, this is not straight". Really? After the second alignment everything was fine for a few days, then the jerking started, the rubbing noise returned, the steering wheel was not straight and AGAIN within a week the front tires were bald in the center. Alignment # 3 was last week. Thankfully the car is no longer jerking to the side, but the tires are stripped AGAIN! At this point I will pay another place to get it right the first time. Maybe they are good with tires, BUT DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ALIGNMENTS!!!!!

Don't waste your money. They're not gonna fix your problem. I took my 4 tires to install. They didn't even balance the tires properly, so I had to take my car to somewhere else to balance it all over again. I'll never come back to this place again.

Jesus really helped us. We were on our way from one coast to the other pulling a boat. Got a huge screw in the truck tire. Losing air fast. Jesus fixed the tire himself and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. He was professional and our savior. Thank you so much!

Stay away! never come back , this is way one of the worst alignment, tires seller places around. Need to comeback for problems in alignment and tire balance. Offer me to wait in place for warranty. After 1 hour I was asked to leave because there were other before me even-though I was a previous day warranty. Told me to wait a call from them when they available. Do not bring wife or kids

I went to many places to get my handbrake light check. All the places I went to required 39 - 40 diagnostic check. Then I went here, the guy Jesus was very understanding and helped me with my problem. He took one look of the problem, brought in a brake fluid bottle, and filled up the tank. And when I asked ‘how much do I owe you,’ he said ‘however much you want to!’ I was so appreciative of him and gave him 15 dollars just for gratitude! Thank you so much Jesus! You are the best! Take a good look auto repair shops of Orlando... this is customer service!

The mechanic that worked on the car did not fix the issue I brought it in for and actually caused new damage and kept quiet about that my new mechanic has just found and is now trying to fix along w/ the issue this place charged me over 300$ and never fixed. I know the damage was caused here given all damage is caused to the part they charged me over 300$ to replace. I gave it 2 star instead of one because the owner had excellent customer service and gave some preventive maintenance advice, though his mechanic was horrible at both.

Fast, friendly and quality service! Hard to find alignment for mercedes suv's on 22's and they were able to do 2 of mine in less than an hour!! These guys were one of the few in orlando and kissimmee that provide this service for mb's at a fair price. Usually its a quick in and out but... Sometimes theyre a bit busy so i recommend calling and they'll tell let you know if there's a wait for tour service. Decent tire prices also.
