These people are unprofessional, disrespectful and can't possibly be reputable. My car ran out of gas and would not start after putting gas back in. Initialy i was quoted 250.00 for a diagnostic computer test and the water pump replacement. They were eager to help to earn my business. They walked across Silver Star ended up determining a bad fuel pump and told me 549.00 to 599.00 for all and told i would have my car before close of business. I called just after 5 p.m. and was told to call back in 30 to 40 minutes. I was greated with a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude and told i would be called when they were done. I called at 6:20 only to find out they were closed with not even a courtsey call. At 5:30 the next evening i was called with additional repairs needed which i declined. 645.00 my car quit running less than a half mile away. Leaving a voicemail and receiving no return call i made contact being informed the car was low on gas and was most likely out. This proved true. Leaving Orlando that night to return home my car ran hot, shut off and would not crank. A motel room, rental car and tow later, i approached the business owner with the problem. He offered a towing companies number to have the car taken in for diagnostics, which by the way they do not own for my car. He stated the car didnt run hot after they replaced the water pump. After i informed him of my 3 attempts to contact him after hurs and eaving a message in his machine, that they would not return calls receiced after hours. Complete rip-offs.

Had to replace the old pan on my car due to excessive oil leaks after a routine oil change 3 weeks ago. Was told initially it was the rear main seal that need to be replaced..Thankfully, I took it to FS-tuning for a second opinion to verify if it was indeed the rear main seal. Well, it wasn’t and , I had to replace the oil pan because the threads on the oil pan was damaged by the mechanic at first choice auto. I hate having to report this issue.... But, after years of doing business with First Choice Auto.. I will no longer be servicing my car there... The owners are good people. however, I have now lost faith in them working on my cars!

My car died this morning towed it to the shop and left it. I got a call about an hour later my fuel pump died I was quoted 245.00 plus tax car is perfect now. Great service friendly staff. If I could give them 10 star I would they got my business from now on Thanks guys

Took my car in today because I got a nail in my new tire. Thought I needed 1 plug but they told me I had 2 nails and needed 2 plugs. I never saw a second nail but I said ok. Less than 10 min later they were done and I left to drive to the mall. After leaving the mall I hear the plug blow from the tire. I'm now stuck on the side of the road with a flat. I called First Choice only to be told "oh well, you can bring it in tomorrow for us to look at. That's really all we can do." Wow, I was reluctant to go there in the first place because of the negative reviews but thought since they were close I'd give them a try. A plug is simple enough I thought. I was wrong and on top of the poor job they did on my tire, I got even worse customer service. Stay away from this place. *update* I returned to the shop to have the tired plugged correctly. The first guy at the front desk laughed at me when I complained of almost getting in an accident. Then the next one came out when I was speaking with the mechanic to rudely let me know "that's a big a** hole. We shouldn't even touch it again. You might just need a new tire." He's trying to bully me and be aggressive. I let him know well was it a big a** hole yesterday when you took my money? Why didn't you recommend a replacement tire then? My tires are 6mths old. All the negative reviews are warranted. These people are rude and very unprofessional.

Great Auto Repair Shop.They gave me 5 Star Service. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days who is skilled with foreign cars. They were respectable and fair each time they repaired my truck. First Choice Auto is my 1stChoice.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever been for repairing my car. I paid more than 1,300 and what Bobby and Robby did was NOTHING. They are also really hard to understand, they dont want to text you (which is really suspicious) and they are never clear enough when you are asking what the problem is. They just do randomly works, and they are incredibly RUDE when you are just asking what the problem is. Robby and Bobby are terrible professionals and they just want to steal money from you randomly. Do not ever go there! Terrible place.

Excellent. Fast, fair, solid reliable repairs. Robby gives courteous friendly service. They restored my 12 year old 100K plus miles Sentra to purring like a kitten and my sister's 200K plus miles 1980 something Corolla running like it is new. I strongly recommend them.

I came to get my AC fixed and they ordered a part without my consent. I had my own part but they say it wasn’t good so they just order another without asking me. So they can make money. It was originally supposed to be only $70 for everything. They tell me it will only be half an hour. They try to charge me $40 for service. Because I tell them I don’t want the part . They also charge me $60 for the part when online it is only $17. So when they done with everything. It took almost 2 hours. I ask to go check it before I pay $129. I also asked for the receipt of the part he ordered. But he refused to give it to me. They said racist remarks to me. They were very disrespectful and rude. They told me to go back to my country. That they will send me back to my country .

As a woman it is important to feel that you are getting the best service at a affordable price. First Choice is always willing to work with you. I have used First Choice for the last 6 years. I always feel confident with the service they provide for my BMW. I would definitely recommend them to anyone..

Those guys were amazing. I had a steering wheel issue on my Lexus LS460 which I took to them for service. It was unbelievable how fas it was done. I dropped the car off Wednesday afternoon by Thursday morning I was back on the road. Thank you Bobby and Robby for a job well done. You are are the best. First Choice Auto all the way.

Horrible and dishonest shop. My 70 year old mother brung her little Toyota Corola car here to have the AC repaired. They charged her over $300, which is fine, if the AC actually worked after that. She told me that she drove it for a few days and the AC stopped working. She paid this shop $300 and they refused to fix the AC when she called them to let them know that it still doesn't work. Horrible hood rat shop

I have been dealing with first choice since my very first car. They have assisted me from dropping a new transmission in to checking my battery. I know I can rely on them and they are always feasible as far as prices go. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and looked out for me even when I didn't want to hear it. Anything they can do to help you get by they do willingly. They're very time conscious and honest people. I recommend all of my friends and family to go there. Me being a single woman I always feel comfortable confiding in them and all of my family uses them as well just based off of my good experience I have had. I would definitely recommend this shop take it from someone who has been doing business with them for over four years.

I took my elderly dads Accord in for a fluid leak and was told the following day that it would cost $750. I thought that price was steep but agreed for them to do the work anyway. I left Orlando the following day, heading home to Texas. I received a call from my dad four days after the repair, saying the leak is still there. I had my nephew take the car back to First Choice. I called the shop while he was there and spoke to the owner. Letting him know that it is the break fluid that was leaking. The owner said that it will cost me another $500. I asked what was the $750 for? He said that it was for the Valve cover gasket, Solenoid Gasket, Air filter and 4 spark plugs which totaled $147.90 Which was not what I took it in for in the first place. He charged me over $550 for 1 hour of labor. More than what my lawyer charges. It makes me wonder, did they really do any work on the car? I told my nephew to take the car somewhere else. He did and paid $400 and the job was done correctly. I do not recommend this business. I would give them a zero star if it was possible.
