William who calls himself "the Batman" is a snake. He will try to replace everything on your car even though you don't need it. He charged my girlfriend for a new car battery and then did not replace the battery. Check the date on your battery and make sure this Firestone actually replaces your battery. He will take advantage of you in your time of need. Watch for fake positive reviews on this site. (You can tell by the names)

Every time i have taken my vehicles to this firestone they do the equivalent of a bandaid on whatever issue my vehicle may have, to include failing to measure oil level properly after doing an oil change. Most recently and against my advice, my grandmother had them replace her windshield wipers. Upon the next rain storm, her wiper flew off of her vehicle. She returned to have them replace the wiper again, this time accompanied by me. After they attempted to install the new wiper, they said it wouldnt fit. They are rainx wipers, which are sold as universally compatible with any make or model vehicle. They failed to read the directions. I wouldnt recommend taking a bicycle here, much less your personal vehicle.

My car is 13 years old and is in really good shape considering. I went in for an oil change and the check-engine light was on. I asked them to investigate. I was then immediately charged $117 for the "full diagnostic" which I was told would not be a cost applied to anything they found. I almost said no thank you and left, and in all honestly I should have, but just out of curiosity I agreed to the insane cost for a full diagnostic. A few hours later I get a call informing me that about $2000 worth of work was being recommended for my vehicle. All the classic nonsensical mechanic cliches came out...cabin filters, fuel injection cleansing, replace spark plugs, clean this, purge that...it all reeked of suspicious behavior and I denied it all and said just change my oil. After getting my car back, I went to my main mechanic on the other side of town (which in hindsight I should've just made the time to do in the first place). I told him what happened and gave him the literal shopping list of BS that Firestone said I needed. Within a few hours my main mechanic called me to say that none of that stuff was needed. The check engine light had originally come on because my oil was REALLY low and that was it. I was charged nothing and picked up my car with the satisfaction that the shop I've gone to for over 10 years is honest, and this Firestone only looks out for the corporation and not the consumer. If you have any needs that are basic, ordinary, run-of-the-mill, etc...then this shop is probably fine. If it's REAL work you need do NOT go here. They will try and rip you off.

Used to go here when the old manager, William, worked here. He would do an excellent job and only recommend what was needed. Came in a little ago and found out the he had left and was replaced by someone with much less experience and it showed. Came in for a 5000 mile check and was told I needed replacement wipers (that I had personally changed 3 months ago) the battery level was 'critical' and needed replacement and they could do it for $300, (it was still at 100% and there were no issues) as well as all the usual items you'd see for quick money grabs from a questionable garage. Went through the checklist they sent me as well as photos and 90% of it was based on "cars age/time since last replaced" and the photos of the battery could have been from any car due to it being so blurry with no identifiable information. Would not recommend taking any car to this specific Firestone.

I just had a horrendous experience at Firestone. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion(pep boys told me i needed to replace my timing chain). Firestone employee connected their computer, and their recommendation was to replace some cam position sensors. They replaced the sensors, but then the vehicle wouldn't even start.( I never had any issues starting the vehicle, my problem was the vehicle ran really rough. Lots of shaking and would barely go 30 m/h). Then they tell me i need to replace the timing chain, which was my original diagnosis from pepboys. They left my vehicle in a worse condition than I brought it in. I feel like i shouldn't have had to pay for someone else's misdiagnosis. Unfortunately, they said if i didnt at least cover the parts that were replaced, they would just remove them. Problem with that is several of the old parts they removed broke upon removal, so that wasn't a realistic option to take the new stuff out because that would leave my vehicle without those parts. Now I have a vehicle that doesn't even run. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had trying to get a vehicle fixed. I also now have to pay for my vehicle to get towed back to my house. I would give negative stars if possible.

Overpriced, Dishonest, and Absolutely Infuriating This is hands-down the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for a simple brake line leak, and on day one they tried to convince me they had to “rebuild” a brake line that supposedly isn’t made anymore. Total lie. Then on day two, they called me first thing in the morning claiming my entire rear brake system was shot — pads, lines, rotors, everything — and tried to shove an extra $1,500 onto my bill. Not to mention the full workday I lost because of their nonsense. And guess what? THAT was a lie too. All the system needed was a flush. This place is a straight-up rip-off. I was overcharged by at least $350 on the original bill alone. No wonder the BBB wants nothing to do with them. It’s honestly embarrassing that a business can operate like this. You’d get better, more honest service at WALMART. What an absolute scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

Mike and Aaron assisted me with my car repairs. I needed a lot of work done. They discovered two separately leaks on my car. There was an oil leak and a coolant leak. I decided to get the oil change in any other recommendations done. They are extremely friendly and completely transparent. I appreciate the work and they have now worked on two cars of mine at the Semoran Boulevard location in Orlando. I'm grateful they were available. Please keep in mind your price will be based upon what work you need to have done and my price was reasonable. I'm just glad that it didn't take too long. The check engine light is not on any longer either. We will use them again!
