Nuvision noticed my cracked windshield and came to my door on Monday. They explained the entire process to replace it at no charge including no hit to my insurance. They set up the replacement for Tuesday, the following day at 9am. By 9:45am my windshield was replaced and recalibrated. Steve A. Recently experienced a windshield replacement the service that was provided was excellent from beginning to end the first rep Lisa at the Ford dealership Provided all the details and help set up the appointment with the technician who arrived on time was prepared and very professional. it has not a great experience i came to this shop this morning for my windshield repair but unfortunately nothing happened in the crack it much bigger now.. 😮💨 the guy or repairman touch the glass is not expert on this kind of repair.. hopefully they will call me for back job in this matter..

He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated. The workmanship was top-notch, and he even cleaned up after himself—you wouldn’t know any work had been done except for the perfectly replaced windshield. I'm very pleased with the service at this shop - the manager Janae was incredibly kind and thorough, went above and beyond with a quick appointment schedule (next day!) and even a courtesy discount, as I was out of pocket to fix another shop's installation and an ongoing leak. The techs were very professional and took their time to reinstall my van's windshield and calibrate the sensor / camera correctly (they needed a lot of patience - it was about four attempts before success!). I recommend Auto Glass Now without hesitation!

When I went to make my appointment, DJ was the one I talked to very professional made me feel very comfortable with making the appointment and he was very punctual if I owned a business I would definitely hire him. I don’t have the manager‘s name but she was very professional also with making sure, I understood the bill and you know they gave me a discount because I was a veteran. I definitely would recommend someone with a cracked windshield or shattered windshield to come to that location and the gentleman that did the actual work when he brought me my car, he explained the warranty. He explained everything what he did and he told me to make sure that I didn’t wash my car for a few days. He was very professional. My experience was excellent 10 out of 10.
