Went here for a wheel alignment. I checked the pricing at a few places nearby before choosing to go here; their prices were competitive. The service was friendly and my car was ready for pickup a few hours after I dropped it off. I was particularly impressed by how the technician sent me an email with the detailed results of the alignment. His email included a note about how the caster cannot be adjusted on the Toyota Prius without adding an aftermarket adjustment bolt. The tech's note by email made me feel like they genuinely cared about fixing my car instead of just getting it in and out as fast as possible. Service was bilingual (Spanish) and friendly.

On one hand, I want to thank the Venezuelan mechanics for their excellent service and attention, but I want to emphasize the manager, a black man. He's truly rude and disrespectful. I don't know how the owners can have such a person in charge. He lacks customer service and is arrogant when it comes to providing customer service. I'm giving the two stars only because of the mechanics. I hope the owners take action on this matter and hire competent people who are interested in their work and know how to deal with customers.

I definitely recommend anyone to come and get any work needed done here ! I'm not sure if he's the owner but the man that works the counter has been extremely nice and helpful , and he also worked with me to get my radiator fixed at a fair price . And when another issue came up after the repair he was able to get the replacement hose and did not charge me . They are very friendly and will work with you

I have a matt blue 98 civic daily / audio car. The cars extreamly old and means alot to me and alot of the bigger jobs like timing belt, water pump, full brake rebuild i cant do myself. Fl auto service & sales have been extremely good to me and my old car taking way more time and attention to detail then i ever expected with a more then reasonable price making sure the job gets done correctly. I'll definitely be coming back soon to slam the car and do the exhaust 👌👍.

Car broke down at a Wawa and called soo many places if they could fix a BMW and they were the only place near me that could. An original BMW dealership quoted me like 2k when they only charged me 760$ including the battery. And don’t get me started on the bald guy don’t remember his name but oh my god he is so personable and funny he remembered my name when I called the first time he was so busy but still made me a priority and also being a younger woman in a BMW I was worried of being taken advantage of but gosh I’m so glad I found a mechanic I’d be going back to.
