My family and I were in Kissimmee for vacation and our car started overheating. We found the number to New Age and they came out the next day to diagnose the problem. After finding the issue the next day they came out to fix us up. After fixing the car we ran into a separate problem with the car. The owner personally came down and spent his Monday Morning fixing our car. No matter the issues we faced he communicated with me the whole repair and even took time to show me when stuff was damaged. He quickly made the final repair as we had a 12 hour trip home that day and insisted on staying until I drove my car around to make sure nothing else went wrong. I am a huge fan of their professionalism, quickness, customer service, repair quality and most of all communication skills during the repair. I strongly recommend that anyone in the Orlando area give them a call when in need. Best work and service I’ve had dealing with a car.

I'm not sure where to begin. Let's just say Juan, above being an excellent mechanic, is an amazing person. He truly cares about every vehicle that comes his way—and every customer. He's an honest person. He will not rip you off or mislead you into something you don't need. You'll get a fair price where the customer is taken care of and the business makes its profits, because at the end of the day it is a business, which unfortunately some customers sometimes forget and leave a 1-star review. But never mind that. He's one of the few mechanics with pretty much all 5-star reviews (no 2s, 3s or 4s, basically), which proves his expertise. He recently worked on my beloved Chevy, and I will most definitely be going back to New Age Mechanic, thank you!

JUST CALL NOW! I'm not kidding Juan is a real live mechanic that answers the phone and he's the owner! Talk about customer service... He literally just saved lives by being so "in his business for the right reasons" that he was able to help my cousin diagnose that his truck's drive shaft was the source a noise. Which simply needed tightening before they left back to Ohio. Crazy a little noise and a little help with simple fix saved them from potentially dying on their drive home. We couldn't find any mechanics with availability after the holiday weekend so im not joking when i say Juan literally saved lives! Not even to mention saving the diagnostic fee! Just WOW!
