Drop my care off in September paid 95 percent of the bill to help him out every month he told me it would be done ive been patient a respectable full since October he told me no problem it will be done ive been told every month since it would be done I'm a disabled father struggling IV lost 2 jobs cause I can't afford to Uber all the time I make just enough to get buy my car was my lively hood every month since November he promised it would be done I go there every week and he either hide or is not there now my car sit with no engine I can't even find it in his shop and there is a ton of damage to my car from sitting there plus everything was stolen from my car don't ever use him I am in the process of losing everything cause I can't get to work let alone get to my doctor I need help getting my car and my money some please help don't ever use him he ruins live and is a thief if anyone can help me get my car back please do im desperate

Caballo is in a new location with a new mechanic beside him that is really trying the best they can to bring the shop to a new standard he has never done bad work but his time a scheduling are really starting to take a turn for the best. 100% would recommend and he also has about the best prices around.

November 19,2022 Daniel took my car in possession to do minor body work to front bumper, new coolant system and a radiator. First off he kept my car almost 9 months. Go to finally pick up the car all used parts and bumper was missing a piece and still today which is 12/17/23 and still has not fixed the bumper properly . The bumper is not the same style of bumper that goes on an Acura 2007. He asked for 3000 up front and pay remaining when work complete. I go pick up the car and AC still not working and he said he over looked a fan that was not properly working. So almost 9 months having my car it was still incomplete. He handed me a receipt that only stated he fixed AC and front bumper and charged me 5000. I’m a female and was taken advantage of.!!!!!!!!!!! Scammer, Unprofessional and do not go to this auto shop!!!!! Beware **** He cannot tell me what they worked on nor could he tell me if the parts were used or new!!!! Promised lifetime warranty and while driving on interstate the right arm control broke and he took to shop and charged me $350. I don’t know what was worked on or anything. Still to this day this man has not answered me about what was worked on etc… I had no transportation for 9 months ……..Do Not Take your car here!!!

*********BEWARE********** Daniel Mendez owner of Caballo auto repair shop in Orlando, Florida rendered an awful service to me on my transmission problem this year 2022. My car problem with this auto repair shop is still ongoing but never again, never again. He collected money for a brand new transmission but installed a fake used one with multiple problems which started just one month after installation. He doesn’t answer phone calls. He keeps your car for months without updates, hides when you show up. and uses a fake business address on invoices. He traded my old transmission for a lot of money and kept all of it etc. Be ware!

update #2: This mechanic gave my boyfriend an old, rusted engine. Now the car is junk. Thanks for nothing! We have no car UPDATE: After 5 months and threats of legal action, my partner got his car back. But at the expense of a broken sunroof,broken AC, dead battery, stolen wheel cover, and other petty stuff that this mechanic did to the car before returning. DO NOT go here. This guy is a scam, a ripoff, and doesn’t know how to communicate or fix cars properly. Ghosts clients, keeps vehicles for months, not reliable. Getting ridiculous now.
