It’s hard to find a mechanic that you trust these days. I’ve always been skeptical of taking my vehicle to a new person in fear of being over charged or ripped off. That has all changed after taking my vehicle here for some A/C work. I have a new faith in humanity. This shop is great and I will certainly be back next time I need some automotive work. I would recommend this outfit ten times over!

Great service, Brad and Roy were great! They were super effecient and friendly. My A/C had been out for a while during the winter and when I moved to FL it was a real problem given Im from the north and its over 100° down here. Brad found the problem quickly and solved it for an affordable price!

The best mechanic I've been to in years. Wish I had known about Roy's years ago! I wasted needless amounts of hard-earned cash and listened to a lot of inexperienced "certified" mechanics who took me for a ride. Don't mess around with Firestone, Tire Kingdom, etc... just go see Brad and Ryan and get the job done right, on time, and at a fair price. If you have a classic, a late model, or a clapped-out hooptie, these guys will treat you right. I'll never go anywhere else - for sure.

Brad and his son Ryan are old-school A+ class acts. They run their business the way my grandpa did when I was a little girl: around customer service, reputation and hard work. I went in on Monday which was largely considered an observer holiday for New Years, but Brad and Ryan were working. I told them my car’s issues - ac - and they told me to make an appointment, which I did for the following Wednesday. Brought my car in on Wednesday, and they took care of the problem for a reasonable cost and got my vehicle back to by the end of the day. Kind people holding a strong business for over 40 years- highly recommended!

My daughter's car needed air conditioning repair, I am so thankful we found this shop! I communicated with Brad from out of state and he was super! Very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. He saved us hundreds compaired to other quotes I had gotten. Every time we spoke he remembered me and called me by name, which is something you just don't find anymore. He quoted me a price and kept his word. He ordered the parts and had it done the next day. My daughter arrived for repair and he knew right who she was, very friendly guy. He didn’t waste any time with handling my problem and he even showed me some things about my car that I didn’t even know and we had a great conversation. I got great service and a very fair price for my auto AC problem. Brad took a lot of time to ask questions about exactly what was going on with my AC and explained his diagnostic and procedures in detail. He and Ryan are very friendly and helpful. The cost was 1/3 of what it would have cost me at other places I had been to, including the dealership. I would recommend them highly.

If I could give Roy’s more than 5 stars, I would! My car’s AC stopped working in July (the worst possible time especially living in Florida.. ugh!) I got a quote for repairs from two other auto shops and Roy’s. The other two auto shops wanted to charge me $500 more than what Roy’s quoted me for the same repairs. Roy‘s gave me an honest price and quality work. Brad and his son, Ryan are very kind people and their service is excellent. They had my car done in one day. They even stuck around the shop over an hour after closing for me to pick up my car, so I could have it for 4th of July weekend. That is some old school, quality service that you can’t find anymore now a days. I will continue to recommend Roy’s Auto Repair & A/C LLC. to anyone living or traveling in the area.

I was in a bind with my old jeep as I was visiting from out of town and my motor mount bolts broke while I was driving along Mills. It was not a typical job at all but Brad was willing to put in the work to fix it and had it done in the same day. I called around to other shops and many wouldn't even look at it. Super friendly service, got the job done right and and was super fair on the pricing. I wish I didn't live so far out of town!

1st visit - took my classic truck in for AC repair. I was worried it was going to cost me a kidney. Nope. Brad's a great guy who doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need or take advantage of your inexperience. He's the real deal, Salt of the Earth guy. A disappearing breed of private garages with a mechanic who knows what he's talking about. I'll go back. Guaranteed. 2nd visit - my car wouldn't start this a.m. jumped it and took it to Tire Kingdom right by my house. 45 minutes later they called and told me I needed an alternator and a new battery - all for the generous price of $1300 (with a $150 discount for being a long-term customer - 20 yrs.) I decided I'd call Brad instead - Said bring it over right away. He ran a diagnostic - and there was nothing wrong with the alternator - just needed a new battery. Out the door in 3 hrs for 1/4 of the price. Any of the negative comments posted about Brad have to be from people who are either 1) never satisfied or 2) just plain unhappy people 3) both. I wouldn't listen to them. Thanks, Brad. It's nice to "know a guy." --- I was driving today with a big smile on my face... AC blowing cold and truck running so good.
