Honest, quick, and fair. I had a really bad shaking and turning problem in my car. Other mechanics told me axels or tie rods. With 30 minutes they found it was mounts for my transmission which other mechanics never noticed. Within 2 business days my car was fixed and was quoted a very reasonable price. Highly recommend glad I found an honest company!

I had an outstanding experience at H & A Auto Service. I needed to have work done on my daughter’s 2011 VW CC. I went to several auto shops to give me a quote for the work that I needed to be done. The estimate I received from H & A Auto Service was way lower than any other shop I went to. The most importantly, David, the owner was the most trusted, knowledgeable, proficient, diligent, and compassionate person. The price I paid for Transmission, water pump and Brakes replacements, oil change, inspection, and emission testing was unbelievably affordable. David also did a general maintenance on the vehicle so I can be more comfortable leaving the car with my daughter when she goes to college. He checked the tires, all the fluids and many more. The quality of work and the fast service I received from H & A Auto Service were outstanding. Attention to Details is very important now a day. David, I truly cannot thank you enough for the outstanding experience I had at your shop. A highly recommended Auto Service facility.

It was more than excellent experience. David, the owner is very professional, punctual, very honest and knowledgeable. Explains the work required. He was quick and very friendly. He was very helpful and found the real cause of my problem. I came in for two reasons; I brought my 2021 CR-V Honda to them for a resonator delete kit install. They were very through in explaining what could effect the pricing based on how well the kit fits. I was very pleased with the upfront pricing and customer service. They were half the price of other shops in the area and my car sounds great. I received a ridiculous quote from the dealership to install the kit and also to fix the repairs I needed on my car. I was able to call H & A Auto Service, get a quote, it was significantly lower cost than dealer quoted price. I will definitely be back with honest, professional and friendly services like that. Car has been running great.

Customer service was very good from start to end. Walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood what they were doing at all times. Very honest people working there. Got quotes from other shops and they were the most honest and affordable with the prices. I came in with a very serious matter with my car.
