This mechanic shop has been beyond perfection for me.. They are honest work hard, and continuously go above and beyond for their customers.. My 2008 Ford escape needed some dyer care with several things! They always made room, I never felt over charged, and my car comes back fixed everytime!! I want to thank Mr Jasson and his staff for being a blessing in hard times! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I meet. I don’t trust any other company with my car!

Came here a few weeks ago because my Nissan rogue has been having issues. Had the dealership charge me 500$ already to fix things that didn’t even fix the actual issues I was having. The mechanics here spent 3 days troubleshooting my car, were honest and told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car, and gave it back free of charge. Every other place I’ve gone to would have charged me over 100$ just to “diagnose” something that may not even be correct. Their honesty has earned my business and I will be going there for all my maintenance in the future.

I'm from NY and am very used to excellent customer service, so when I say I've had horrible experiences with mechanics since I've been down here, I don't say this lightly. Being that I'm a young female, most mechanics can take advantage of that and think I don't know much about cars. Whether it was way over priced, or the job was not done right I've had a struggle with finding shops in the Orlando area. A friend of mine referred me to J&J and from the time I called, to the time I physically left the shop I was more than pleased with every aspect. The owner and his wife are the most honest, genuine, and humble people I have ever met. The owner personally worked on my car for me. The price was something I could afford and he made sure of it. He went out of his way to do a part for me that he knew I couldn't afford. I went for my front brakes and rotors at another shop and they had me sit there for 4 hours and charged me double. He did it in half the time and half the price. I highly suggest coming to them for any kind of work. I'm happy to say I found a shop that I feel comfortable with now living in Orlando. Thank you guys so much!

That in itself is enough to make someone keep coming back, but they also do great work. They are thorough and make sure your car is safe. They go above and beyond. TL:DR - Overall very impressed and plan on coming here again if I have car troubles in the future! MY EXPERIENCE; I came to J&J to get a bad coolant/antifreeze leak fixed on my 2016 VW Jetta. I'd never been here before so I called them at around 4pm to ask if I could come in and get a diagnosis and/or repair. Idk if I NEEDED to call but they said yes they could see me before they close, so I drove over to them. When I got there I had a short wait, but then they did a pressure test on my antifreeze line to make sure it was indeed leaking Then they asked if I wanted a diagnosis which would be ~$170. I said yes, and ended up having to leave the car until the next day because it was so late, but they told me they'd give me a call tomorrow morning. The mechanics and office people I spoke with either spoke Spanish or both Spanish and English, and all of them were very kind, which I appreciate! The next morning, J&J called me letting me know I would need a new pump and thermostat for my car, and that my combined total for the diagnosis/parts/labor would be just under $1200. I said yes please fix it and they sent me an invoice that I was able to click on and pay via text (though they did have option to pay only half up front). I asked for an ETA on when my car would be ready, and they said before close of business that day. Then, sure enough that afternoon around ~3pm I got a call saying my car was ready. I got a ride there and picked it up, drove it home, and so far so good! I'm very impressed how professional, kind and efficient J&J was and that they got my car from leaking/overheating to good as new within 24hrs! One more thing: when I got my key back from them after they fixed my car, they let me know it'll need an oil change soon (I know for a fact this is correct since my car guzzles oil as of late, and it's been a few thousand miles since my.last change). And they also let me know my tire sensor had gone off, so either I had a faulty sensor or low air. Apparently they didn't check the air themselves, but I appreciate them letting me know the sensor went off since the light was not on on the dash, so I had no idea there was any issues.

My first experience, which was great . Took my weekend jeep to fix. They rebuilt my engine for $4700 and was great until the 3rd month, as there was a major engine failure. After almost attempting to push that there was no warranty. They rebuilt my engine and even though it was under warranty it took 7 months and $790 additional dollars. Vehicle was returned with a lot of missing screws. Fuel rail was loose , missing transmission dustcover missing , timing was off, and O2 sensors were mixed up. I took it back for him to fix this and failed to do so. After asking about my transmission, dust plate, which they lost. The one he showed me that allegedly was mine, NOT, it was for a different transmission type. I realized that either he had no clue or did not care about the needs of a customer. Therefore I took my vehicle to a different mechanic, which cost me over $1000 to correct half of his wrongdoings. I am extremely disappointed, and honestly don’t understand why there’s people like that in the world. However, I’m a strong believer in karma, GOOD LUCK !!!! I would like to add to the owners comments. The jeep fixing was paid in full. After the second time that the engine broke, you did lend me a vehicle for one day as I refuse to continue to use it as I do not like for no one to help me. I do pay for everything and for the truck you sold me, how would you feel if you $5000 and you still have a problem and the owner does not call you back to fix it or fix it correctly. Because there was not even a phone call to correct the issue. He gave me a runaround to bring it, but did not follow up. I am not ungrateful, I just got the short end of the stick.

He owes me $500 and he hasn't paid. It's been 3 months. I follow up with him regularly and he gives me excuses. He changed my good transmission, $2500, and the problem wasn't fixed. He ended up bring my car to Chevrolet who fixed my car for $1000. It took 36 days to fix my car and I had to rent a car. Imagine what that bill was, a lot!!! So I spent $4220 for a $1000 repair. He offered a refund of only $500 and I haven't seen it. Anyone know a lawyer?

We are new to the area and bought a used jeep that needed some work. Searching Google reviews, we found J & J Mechanic Shop. We took our jeep there, and Jason was able to quickly access the jeeps condition and what was required to get it back in good condition at a price that was affordable for us. I was recommended to come in to see Jason for my Wrangler 2021 4xe. I just bought it second hand and I wanted a neutral professional to look it over. The team at J&J did that and more. They have the latest diagnostics and they put it up and gave every inch of it a going over. Jason then walked me around it while it was in the lift and showed me every little detail. Could not feel better about the experience. It felt very family. Very friendly. Plus, nice diverse customer base in while my work was done. And everyone was treated with respect. I wanted to write a review for Jason and his shop. I want to recommend this shop to anyone who may need some help. Jason is a stand up guy with integrity and is so friendly and helpful. I’m really glad my brother referred me to Jason. From the moment I met him, I could tell he was a genuine and honest person. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and was completely transparent about what was going on with our family van. To be honest, I haven’t had the best experiences with local mechanics in the past—there’s always been a bit of hesitation or uncertainty on my end. But with Jason, that all changed. He didn’t just fix the issue—he gave me peace of mind. He walked me through what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and most importantly, he got our van back on the road when we really needed it. Owner Jason had a non running, no title truck he was selling that we were in talks about. I had asked for additional photos and info as the shop is a good ways from me. After making all of the necessary arrangements to pick the truck up, getting a truck, renting a trailer.. I send a message and he finally responds with sorry sold. I can't imagine how the business is ran any better with someone who would have a deal with someone, have them jump through hoops to get it arranged only to sell from under. Perhaps I'm in the wrong, but this seems like a crappy way to do business. Thanks again for the giant waste of my time, money and people I had to reach out to, only to have the deal fall through. Great guy.
