Unfortunately my vehicle was towed here for a repossession. My things were given to me in a black garbage bag. The problem is when I got home and opened up the bag all of my stuff was wet and there was mold starting to grow. They also misplaced a lot of my stuff such as my gate key to get into my complex, my grandmother’s obituary card AND my bucket of car cleaning supplies. When I called I was told everything that was in the bag is all that they had and after being given the runaround I decided to stop wasting my time and just post this review. I spoke to two different people the first was kinda helpful and the second was dismissive.

Got my car towed, these guys was only supposed to charge me towing fee, but ended up charging me lien fee of 250 extra dollars and they don’t explain to you what the charge is for or anything because they don’t even know what it’s for. These guys are scammers the way there Business looks like a dump they need all the money they can get.

Yesterday, I went to this place, and aside from the very poor service, they gave me a black bag with my belongings but didn’t include several items that were in my car — that’s theft. This is the worst place in the world. The younger attendants are terrible; the bearded man was the only one who managed to help me. I advise everyone to check each item they give you (I only didn’t do it because I had wasted so much time that I had to leave quickly). They take the opportunity to take your belongings.”

Originally I did not write anything but since they think this is a “fake” review, I will write my experience in full detail. This company has got the customer service of a dead animal to put at best. Nasty, disgusting, and disrespectful guy who answers the phone with the knowledge of a box of rocks. If you have to use a tow company…. Use anything other than this trash location. Getting to my vehicle was jumping thru hoops. The people at the actual location where the car is located were decent but drive a truck and not a car as it’s all dirt and puddles. I will say they don’t steal and do give you time to get all your belongings. But still you don’t have to be jerk speaking to people. See attached photo of them reporting my review.

On August 18, 2025 Ketterle & Sons Recovery took my 2020 Chevrolet Spark (VIN KL8CB6SAXLC428850) from private property. The responding officer documented “evidence in car” in the official Orlando PD report. For more than two months I was told the vehicle was at Manheim; I only learned Ketterle had custody after filing a BBB complaint. On October 22, 2025 Ketterle admitted possession in writing but refused to return my personal property, stating that “deadlines for retrieval have long passed.” Their claimed August 18 mailing omitted my unit number and was addressed to my grandmother, so no statutory notice was ever mailed to me. USPS Informed Delivery screenshots for Aug 18–21 show no mail from Ketterle or related parties. The FLHSMV title record still lists the vehicle ACTIVE in my name as of Oct 23, 2025, and I have filed complaints with FDACS (Division of Licensing), FLHSMV Region 5, the Florida Attorney General, CFPB (Case #250818-23268585), and BBB (Complaint #23057943). I have attached supporting documents to regulators; I am pursuing all administrative and civil remedies and will update this review if the company corrects the record and returns my property.

Honestly, I got towed. But for a tow company they are understanding, they worked with me, not on price but to make the process easier. They were polite and thats all you can ask for. I apperciate they dont try to ruin you. Its just a business. They were understanding my car did not start and worked with me on a resolution. Ketterle & Sons Towing were contracted to tow my stolen BLACK 2015 BMW i8 Base, which Ally Bank Fraud department was informed early this year. It has been reported to the police, DMW, and has been identified in the NICB.org database records as theft. The tow truck driver arrived at the house, checks the VIN#, begins to backup the tow truck, and while he was scraping my driveway my neighbors come to inform him thats not the vehicle he's looking for, a WHITE 2019 BMW i8 Convertible Roadster, and to check the VIN#. The driver disrespectfully tells my neighbors that he knows the VIN# is different so my neighbors asked him why he's continuing. He became upset and verbally began to insult the neighbors so they started to argue. The crazy part was when the driver said he was going to call the bank to get permission to tow it anyways. He also commented that he was going to be drivering around. I contacted the bank, informed them if this happens again I would have the driver arrested for trespassing and they would have a lawsuit on their hands. See attached pictures of the 2 different vehicles together before the black one was stolen and the deep scratches the driver left on my driveway. What's horrible is that the company is the one looking bad because of unprofessional driver.
