My family used to bring our cars here about 20 years ago before moving away from the area, but always had good experiences. Since moving back, I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to have the 10-speed automatic transmission and rear differential serviced. I had heard from a lot of people that the 10-speed is a very difficult transmission to access for servicing and that I could expect a much higher-than-usual bill, but Certified Auto Repair only charged me their usual transmission service fee of $150. They were quick and the price was lower than I expected, and the quality of their work has always been excellent as we have never had to bring a car back for any corrections or anything. Highly recommended and I will be going back in a few months to have some work done on my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Ken is amazing along with his staff. I am a single mom with 2 kids so money is always tight. When having to go to the mechanics being a woman, you always worry if they are going to be honest or take you for a ride. This place is the best. Ken (owner) and Tony are the real deal! I’ve taken my Jeep there twice And they’ve been completely honest with me about everything!! That should go without saying, but in today’s society, it’s hard to really find people doing honest work that aren’t trying to get you for the next dollar! They Even took me up under the car to show me to confirm that everything was accurate!! Really honest Guys and I highly recommend you go to them for anything that you need done with your vehicle As they lead with integrity and are all about good business!! This morning my husband took the car into the shop as we were struggling to get the new center wheel cap we ordered online snapped in and one of the guys at the shop was literally able to take care of it for us in less than 60 seconds.
