First of all you told me to order a steering column. I am not a mechanic and I did not know all that should be on one. Second I have never come there because of someone you have working for you He should have kept his opinion to himself. I come there because you had always been straight. You fixed my steering situation and you knew that because of malfunctioning of the column I didn't have turn signals. And because you put the column on anything associated with the column should have been checked. That would have included turn signal, wiper blade action, tilt, and made sure that the it went in reverse and any other thing, such as neutral drive 1, 2, 3 correctly. It however does anything but that. For you to tell me it's external don't help worth a durn. The trust that you gained for all those times that you worked on my car: you lost with that last swipe of my debit card. I get it, you just doing you and not caring about a former repeat customer.
