I was traveling, and my valve stem sprung a leak, I stopped by this Tire Kingdom and these guys weren’t really busy, so they popped a high pressure valve stem in for me and sent me in my way. I couldn't possibly say enough nice things about this location.We showed up after having a nail in our tire from 528 and having to drive ten miles on a donut before arriving at the location.Where they immediately took us in and repaired our tire, and Ray couldn't have been any nicer, and more understanding, I was dreading the whole situation and what the outcome would be or how much it would cost, and this place was reasonably priced and so fast! Took 30 minutes from pull in to pull out to have the repair done, thank you so much! I wish I lived closer just so I could utilize this place all the time, but whenever I am in Orlando, which we are here at least 1 weekend a month, I will be utilizing Ray and this location for all my tire needs! Thanks again everyone!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom. From the moment I walked in the customer service was outstanding. Alex, the associate who helped me, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, which made the whole process stress free. What impressed me most was how efficient they were. I was in and out much quicker than I expected without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, speed, and genuine care for their customers. Tire Kingdom really delivered and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family. 1/15/26 update: I wanted to add to my original review because this location continues to impress. The entire team consistently delivers the same high level of professionalism and efficiency every visit. You can tell there is a strong team culture here, and that starts with Ray’s leadership. I'm a wheelchair user, and I discovered the other day that my wheelchair accessible van had a flat tire in my driveway. My roadside assistance plan was able to tow the van to T Tire Kingdom, a location I've used before because it's the only one in the area that will accommodate a modified van on their lifts. Plus, the service has always been amazing. My assistance company was not able to provide me with a wheelchair accessible taxi to go get my van, so Alex was incredibly helpful and arranged for the tire repair very quickly and at no cost without me having to be present. I wasn't able to tow the van back and had to wait until the next day for a taxi, and they were super accommodating. 100% would recommend this location for all of your tire needs, and ask for Alex!

I had a wheel lock on my tire but lost the key, and the team at Tire Kingdom helped me out right away. The mechanic remembered helping me previously, came outside to look at the tire, and even though he was busy, he took care of it immediately. He removed the wheel lock in just a few minutes and even refused to charge me for the quick fix. That level of professionalism and customer service is rare. I really appreciate the help and the honesty. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom if you want people who genuinely care about their customers.
