Last month , I visited Key Auto Car in Orlando to address a coolant and oil leak in my car. My experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by a lack of respect and commitment from their side. Issues Faced: • Inadequate Repair: Instead of fixing the coolant and oil leak as requested, the staff created an unnecessary list of replacements, neglecting the primary issue. • Post-Repair Problems: After the service, I discovered the coolant level was still low. Worse, my car developed several new problems that weren’t present before. • Poor Customer Service: On returning to discuss these issues, I encountered arrogance and ignorance from the staff. They insisted the original problem remained and demanded additional payment for repairs they initially failed to perform. Cost and Outcome: I spent $1,000, expecting a solution, but ended up with a car in a worse state than before. This experience left me with frustration, stress, and a non-functional car. Conclusion: I strongly advise against using Key Auto Car’s services. Their approach to customer care and vehicle repair is deeply unsatisfactory. This experience was not just a financial burden, but also an unnecessary addition of stress and inconvenience.

DO NOT take your vehicle here for repairs unless you want to get ripped off. You will see that your car repair bill will be highly inflated. I took my wife's SUV here to replace all shock absorbers. I was billed for 4 Shock absorbers replacement but several months down the road I found out that they had only replaced 2 of them. What's sad about this is this shop used to be a great place when they first opened up. I used to take my vehicles here without problems. They were very courteous, their prices were fair and they fixed my vehicles quickly. Now it seems very scammy. Prior to this terrible experience I had taken other vehicles there and they have quoted me exaggerated prices. Needless to say, I will never take another vehicle to this place again and I recommend you do the same.

I'm not sure why this place has gotten bad reviews. We've had nothing but excellent experiences here with our past 4 used cars in 5 years. We always deal with the owners and are very satisfied. They always replace what is needed without trying to upsell us. We even had a car on it's last leg and they recommended we don't keep putting more money in to it. They could have just taken our money even though the car was no longer worth it. We always research what the costs should be and their prices are industry standard. We will keep bringing our cars here as we've had nothing but positive experiences here.

They were and are fantastic! I had to get my nephew’s car repaired along with a replacement key. Had a hard time trying to figure out what to do and how to go about it from out of state, they made the process easy. Got his car fixed and new key. They even stayed later to get the job done. I have used Key Auto Repair many times now that my Chevy warranty is up. I recommend this shop over the dealership for quite a few reasons. For starters, the owner diagnoses the issues which is great. He also works on a lot of the vehicles himself and cares about getting the fixes right and standing by their work. Pricing is given up front once the issue is understood. When they have the parts on hand, they will work to get your vehicle taken care of as quickly as possible. I have had no issues at all any of the times I have visited Key Auto Repair and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Mateo and Edward were absolutely fantastic they are GMAC Master mechanics and they know what they're doing and I thought my car would take a couple of weeks to fix and it took 3 days they got the part in they installed it they found another issue that I didn't know I had something that was cracked and my coolant was leaking they called me up asked me if they wanted me to fix it I told him absolutely in the end so far so good cars working well running fine and they guarantee parts and their labor.

Moe's is such a stand up guy and Honey is awesome. My jaguar needed break pad replacement while installing the pads a spring or piston inside the caliber became damaged. Any other shop would have told me the caliber was damaged. Moe's stood up took it upon himself to get the parts and get my car back to me with a new caliber. With how shady most auto repair shops are its good to see that there is a honest shop out here. Would highly recommend. Thank you Moe's and all the employees at Key Auto

This shop was amazing! I’m 1500 miles from home and my car springs a leak. Took to dealership and was recommended Key Auto. They got me in and took my car as a priority. Next Door App recommended Key. They were fantastic! They diagnosed the issues, gave me a very reasonable quote, and clearly explained what was being done and why. I asked if they could double check a couple of other items too and they did. Most important, they didn’t recommend something that was not needed. I know I can trust them to be honest and not price gouge. I worked with Edward who was very nice and professional. If you need a mechanic you can trust, that does quality work, and for a good price, go to Key. They have at least one more customer with me!
