I can’t say enough about Marcelo and his employees. They went above and beyond the call of duty when they diagnosed our mechanical problem in just one hour. We had a different mechanic work nine days on the same vehicle with no resolve. Marcelo even lent us his personal car to go pick up parts for the vehicle. Felipe and everyone we met there are great. After researching online we felt this is where we needed to have my son's Xterra engine replaced. After 5 minutes meeting with Felipe we were sure. He quoted us a good price and a quick completion date. They made time for it to be completed in just a couple of days after receiving the replacement engine! Each of my trips to Favela City Motors have been great! So far I’ve gotten a diagnostic test for my fuel tank, replaced timing belt, water pump, power steering belt and serpentine belt. During my first visit when I had to leave my vehicle, I was going to take a Lyft back home, but Felipe volunteered to have the other Felipe give me a ride Instead, which I am forever grateful for!
