Rafael was a pleasure to work with! I took my 2008 Chevy Colorado there because my ignition was not working right. He fixed it completely all within 24 hours! Raphael is THE BEST in Orlando !!!! Took my crashed 2018 Camaro in and did a job multiple local shops and Chevy themselves wouldn’t do. Had my car back to me all finished in A DAY! Stay away from this place I brought my perfectly fine 2021 glc Mercedes Benz here because the Mercedes dealership was full and didn’t have any appointments available! I needed a service B my Mercedes was in perfect condition never shook before my engine light never was on before until after I did a service B here with Rafael and now my car shakes every day and my engine light comes on every day and now I have to make an appointment at Mercedes to fix the problem save your money and your time I would not recommend this place he will mess up your car

Please be carful with this guy he is not serious he don’t fix Your problem. He will try to get your money please stay away from this man he make me delete a review he charge me 1900 to fix me a electric problem wich he doesn’t have a idea. Also I was talking with his brother in laws. And he told me he is no even a mechanic please. Don’t put you’re car in his hand. I will demand him. And make sure he don’t do that again. Because if we take a car to fix we want our car to fixed to the right way. And this guy he will try to get you’re money

My vehicle was sent to this shop by the dealership I purchased it from for a headlight repair. The dealership—not me—was responsible for payment. My car sat at this shop for over one month and the repair was never completed. I did not request or authorize any additional work, yet I was later told the price increased due to “extra work,” which is false. Despite this, I am now being delayed from retrieving my vehicle key, even though I am not the customer and do not owe payment. I am requesting the immediate return of my key so this situation can be resolved appropriately.

Rafael the technician was a blessing! My car was hit with a lighting and this shop is equipped with a tow service as well. He picked up my car the same day and I had my car in less than 48 hrs and for a great price. I haven’t had an issue with it ever since and Rafael is now my tech for life.
