I am very disappointed because I asked a friend to take my motorcycle to change the tires and they ended up stealing a part and then selling it to my friend, they are thieves.

I didn’t want to do this. But it come to this. This is ( BAD BUSINESS).. Management sucks Mechanic sucks. There’s always different mechanics on the place. If you ever take your bike here take a before n after pictures. You my have missing bolt or loss parts. Scratched on the bike etc. JUST BAD BUSINESS

This place is so terrible I actually took the time to write a review. If I could give a negative star I would. I brought a 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500, for a simple tire exchange. I brought the tire. The tire I brought was a tubeless tire however my wheels are spoked and a tube is required. It is common knowledge that you can very well put a tube in a tubeless tire. Not here though. The mechanic actually admitted to me after replacing the tire that he had in fact "never put a tube inside a tubeless tire before" 😳. Every 2 days my tire was flat. I called back I explained the situation and he told me he would try to order the correct tire for this bike, which he in fact never did. For this reason my bike stood useless for almost 4 months until I could gather the time and money to tune it up myself and ride it to another shop where they found two holes in the old tube this man placed into my brand new tire. Also, he left the bolts that secure my rear brakes loose. Overall, if you have a death wish and would like to be mangled on I4 because of faulty labor by all means bring your bike to this dump.

Just picked up my bike from Frank after letting it sit for over a year due to injuries. It's running perfectly again! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, upfront about costs, and kept me informed throughout the whole process, as my bike had a few unexpected speedbumps during repair. He even offered me a significant discount on the uexpected extra repairs which he did not have to do. I cannot say I've ever had a better first time experience with mechanic and I'd HIGHLY recommend him. He's now my go-to bike mechanic.

I’ve brought in my Vespa Scooter multiple times over the last couple years. Lisa is a pleasure to work with! And the technicians do great work at a very reasonable rate! They’re always proactive and give you a heads up about things that may be an issue in the future

Highly recommended this place. Mechanic I dealt with is Frank who was not only extremely knowledgeable but is a very personal guy as well which always makes the customer service experience stand out. After his inspection We sat down and went over parts and pricing (which I also did myself before coming in) and they are actually able to get them cheaper through vendors they work with. Gave me accurate fair pricing up front and gave me a timeline in which he stuck to and labor time estimation which was very accurate. I was Confident getting back on the bike after all of the great work that was done which was a good amount. (Brake, Bent handlebar repair, fluid checks and flushes, full fairing swap, tire changes) I recommend Franks work to any riders out there searching for a reliable mechanic.

I purchased a older Suzuki boulevard that may have been stored 2 yrs and Gear up & Ride LLC was recommended. the shop had their hands full but made room for me. The bike came in with many issues Mrs. Lisa , the shop tech Alex took the time to explain the repairs and time it would take to get them, the bike needed many parts ! but they assured me they will get her up and running . Finally when I got my bike back it was worth the time and money . Reasonable price thanks to Gear up & Ride LLC for going the extra mile to get it done... And thanks to the rest of the team at Gear up & Ride..

Took my bike in and got it back the same day. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. Price was reasonable, too. Will definitely stick with them for all my repair and maintenance needs.

This is a small local motorcycle repair shop just to give you a heads so obviously the prices isn’t going to be the same as a dealership. The owner a cool person down to earth and laid back.majority of the time if you communicate with her about whatever your situation is 9 out of 10 she will be understanding. So I’m going to tell my experience with them. My bike would go there for numerous of things either she will let you order your own parts or she will order them for you. She don’t like when people order eBay parts on their bikes even though the eBay maybe just as good everybody have a different preference and opinion. Their COMMUNICATION is absolutely terrible!! They have 2 technicians and only one of them have a lot more knowledge about motorcycles because of his background of being raised around them. She takes bikes in knowing that she have a long list of bikes she have yet to get to so if you take you bike there please DONT be in a hurry to get back riding especially if it’s more then one problem just save up your money and take it the dealership they will get you right in no time. Like they say you get what you pay for. Oh yeah they barely answer the phones and send you a message that they’re with a customer so you have to go in person just to get a update on you bike. I’m just being honest to let the biker community know what to expect when bringing your bike to this shop
