No service done even after check engine light and message showing two cylinder misfires. Charged over $250 for diagnostic with no additional work done. Car returned with a low coolant warning message. Seats including passenger seat moved from original position and audio settings changed. I'm suspicious of the 20 mile "diagnostic" test drive. Not the first time my car has been returned from service here with issues. They've previously scratched the leather on my steering wheel badly twice and failed to secure engine baffling on the hood after an engine service. And have gotten car back with warning lights before also. Very dissatisfied.

They also gave me an estimate on replacing the hydraulic fluid for my hard top convertible that was far below what any other mechanic offered. We had a great experience with the service team at BMW of Pittsburgh. On October 10, 2025, while on a multi-state road trip, we had a tire blow out on the PA Turnpike. The specialty high performance tire we needed as a replacement was not available at the local tire store in the small town where roadside service initially towed us. We called BMW of Pittsburgh and were able to get on their schedule same day on an emergency basis and got us taken care of and back on the road! Very friendly, resourceful team with a can-do attitude! Also, comfortable waiting room with amenities (+ dog-friendly!) and places to eat across the street.

They let me drop off tires to be mounted. Overall very helpful and professional. Even though my repair went longer due to ordering parts, they worked to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced/repaired here.

The service was performed timely and completely. Online video is provided of the work needed which is very helpful. Updates are frequent. My Service Advisor, Brett Valentine, was excellent. The payment and pick up process was chaotic. It has been for years, so no reason to provide detail. The dealership has instituted a 3% fee for using a credit card. REDICULOUS!! Really petty after customers spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on service. Makes it seem like they are a small coffee and donut shop. Next time I will pay with cash, small denomination bills, and they can deal with handling all the cash.

BMW of Pittsburgh also ubered me home since my loaner was at the center i made the appointment with. The service was done in one day. Great service all the way around.

Tbt not very happy with my experience here. The service its self was fine, as expected for the brand. Definitely felt like they went out of thier way to find things that are wrong and or created them. Typ. Dearship practices, make up issues, inflate repairs bills, rinse repeat. Been there two times, same way both times. IMHO - I would NOT recommend going for service here unless you have no other option.
