I went in for oil change always a good experience. I will only come here. The atmosphere and staff very friendly. I just was "disappointed" 😞 when they brought my car around it wasn't washed and, no paper mat in floor board. My BMW, I love and take pride in it. We ordered it the way we wanted with upgrades. We talked to Salesperson Kelsey because my husband is ready for the next X. She provided go information.

I brought my BMW M2 in for a service, Mr. Colburn was very professional and attentive while I was waiting in service. I called BMW of Tuscaloosa to price a 2026 X5 and the great fortune to talk to Deuce, one of their salespeople. Deuce listened to my needs and assisted me in getting me a very good price. I have had the best experience from Sales to Services. Today Mr. Ed Lee helped me in the Service department, he was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My sales person Kelsey Wilson, was the best in getting me what I wanted and comfortable payments. She asked me what I wanted and what I was looking for and she delivered. I have owned a few BMW’s since 1999 and love them! I was in Tuscaloosa, AL helping my daughter move in to UA and had some time to kill at the end of the day so I visited the local BMW store. I thought it was closed but Kelty greeted me with a warm smile, good handshake, and made excellent eye contact; it was Saturday (8/9/2025) shortly after 6 PM so I explained I was browsing while waiting on a pizza. She and I had a great conversation about BMWs and she is very knowledgeable and an overall great person. I did not want to hold her up from starting her Saturday night but she genuinely enjoyed talking about the vehicles and the brand; this is rare and was a pleasant surprise (as are all the people and places in Tuscaloosa). I want to give a great big shout out to Kelty; if I lived in Tuscaloosa I would shop at BMW of Tuscaloosa!!!
