I was told they couldn’t fix my car. The person didn’t have time to do the research on the part because my car was so old. Someone also was rummaging through my trunk. I know because they left their tool in my trunk. Now I have to find a REAL MECHANIC to fix my car.

Will take your keys say he’s gonna work on it but never does. When you call for updates you get attitude and go over there 2 days later he decides to fix the key back and says he’s not gonna work on the car. Don’t take your car there he’s ignorant and bad business

I had an oil change done 3 months ago and a tire rotation. I had a problem with the left front tire but I could not get the tire off because the lug nuts were overtightened. So I took it back to Bob Hopes and he told me to take it to a tire store since It has been 3 months. If the tech did not over tighten the lug nuts I would not have this problem. But when you can't get the damn lug nuts off there's a problem.

Joe is an amazing guy and mechanic. From day 1 his customer service was excellent. I've gotten a new transmission put in and numerous amounts of oil change. He even fought for my warranty when the car place wasn't trying to honor it. Best of all he really makes you feel like he has known you for a long time and never have to wait long. Both my son and myself use Bob Hopes autos. Joe hope and his mechanics are awesome. Over the last two years I was fixing a used 2014 Ford Expedition I purchased. It had quite a few issues. Joe and mechanics repaired every issue first time at a very fair price. The car drives like new now. Cant recommend Bob Hopes Autos enough.
