The service representative kept me informed about my porche and did not push for unnecessary services like other locations I have been to. So I traded in my vehicle I bought from these guys and turned in my mileage paperwork to get my refund from gap insurance and extended warranty. It’s been 9 weeks now and still no refund. Try to talk to them through email and all I get is a bunch of excuses and different answer on where the check will be sent too. Try to call and speak with management and all you get is a voicemail with no call back. Stay away from these thieves. They don’t care about you and when they owe you money you will never see it.

On Autotrader, located an interesting Porsche Macan at Bob Moore's Porsche Oklahoma City. Made an inquiry, which was promptly responded to by Dave Dougrey, sales ambassador. Dave was very thorough in providing details about the car, emailed me a video walk-around, and told me easy steps to follow so they could evaluate my trade-in, since I lived 500 miles away. Sales manager Eric Dreiling provided additional assistance and support. We quickly arrived at numbers acceptable to all of us, so a deal was agreed upon and I made a pandemic-conscious straight through drive to OKC. Dave was there to greet me in person, and all safety protocols were followed...one customer at a time, by appointment. The car they had described online, was actually better in person and was priced EXTREMELY fairly (I had shopped around). They evaluated my trade, and we were spot-on to the dollar where we thought we would be when the deal was hatched online and by phone call. The business end of the deal was handled efficiently by Mackenzie Corder and in two hours I was out the door to drive my new ride back home. The car is exactly as described, and everyone on this professional team had their act together with CLASS. No pressure, fair and square, smooth and friendly, delivering exactly what they promise. I would buy again from this dealership in a heartbeat.

Let me start off with my frustration with Bob Moore by stating I was so excited with the experience I had when buying my car. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Including when I requested the TT&L for my car. Fast forward to almost the due date and I have not yet received the check. My husband and I contacted our amazing sales rep, Jacob Goss, who confirmed that yes, we requested this information. He stated he would gave managers call us, this is where all contact stopped. My husband called almost daily but received empty promises of call backs and reassurances that the check would be given to us for our tag. We ended up needing a new paper tag as we still have not received the check. Gast forward to today when I receive a call stating Bob Moore could not just "eat the 2k" that would be owed in my tag, but they could do half! Are you freaking kidding me. How many times were we told this was covered? Now it's late...I was told the check was in the mail, yet receiving the call today confirmed yet another misleading bit of information. The frustration I have with this company is so extreme. To go from the best car dealership I have ever encountered to yet another bad experience in such a short time is sad. This is the responsibility of Bob Moore, not the customer, who was promised something just to come back and say, "sorry we cant eat that". I have been in contact with Desiree Jones at corporate and if I need to speak with Mr. Moore myself on this, that is where I will go. Very disappointing

I purchased a used 2022 vehicle on-line with the Bob Moore Auto Group on August 30th. At the time I spoke with the sales person, I was told the car was mint and would be so happy with the vehicle. However, once I wired them the funds - I found out the vehicle was in the shop for repairs and it was unclear when it would be fixed. Part of the initial conversation was that I needed the car that week - so this was very frustrating, and it all went down from there. The sales person indicated she was working with the manager, but after several dodged calls I placed to her - I contacted the manager directly, only to find he had NO idea of the issue?! Fine, it was under warranty - I bit the bullet and had the vehicle shipped to deal with that unexpected and unwanted hassle with my local dealership. However, 2 months later I am still dealing with not being able to register the vehicle and get plates due to errors made on the dealership side. This is causing interest on the sales tax from my home state due to not being resolved in 30 days and weekly fines due to not having plated - both out of my control due to these issues from the dealership. I understand mistakes happen - but in 2 months of consistent inquiries on my end - there has been ZERO follow-up from ANYONE at the dealership. Only curt responses, like "we have no updates." Nothing to indicate they have any interest in actively resolving the issue. VERY disappointed with the lack of service and seemingly shady used car sales tactics of old - from what should be expected as a higher quality auto sales company based on the brands. I recommend not buying on-line as they seem happy to take care of you until your money is in their hand.

He provided me with all of the information I requested including numerous videos and pictures and with this information I was able to make a much more informed decision on my purchase. I purchased my Porsche and had it shipped to my home in PA and I couldn’t be more pleased. The GM has an attitude and they misrepresented their vehicles. Asked for the Carfax before you leave the dealership and before you go into finance. This dealership does not value customers that come in and purchase cars and cash multiple times. They wanna sit and argue petty crap When that was the agreement we discussed in the dealership. By telling me it was a single one owner no accident and turns out it was a three owner multiple accident you offer three oil changes
