Droped my truck off here trusting these guys and got it back in worse condition they also told me that I needed to replace my AC compressor come to find out all it needed was charged. Had to send my truck to a different shop for it to be fixed correctly. My truck would not go over 10 miles an hour when I get it back from them, then I recommended my buddy to them before all of this happened and they did a head gasket job on his truck and the head gasket are still leaking and they charged him $600 to do I could give A zero star I absolutely would

They will continue to get my business. I didn't have transportation to get the money for the repairs and replacement of my transmission. Ramon came and provided a ride. Worst mechanic experience ive ever experienced and a scam. they will know this truck very very well, a white 2000 chevy silverado was brought in last november week of thanksgiving for a new engine to be put in. That took a month of calling and calling when theyd work on it and kept getting delayed and gave them the benefit of the doubt but then it started becoming excuses saying there power is out so cant get my truck on the lift or whatever excuse they could come up with. It took me showing up physically while they were sitting in their office doing nothing for them to tell me as i walk in the door 'oh yeah were picking the engine up right now' which was told was cominf from colorado and that engine got sent back cause of 'rusr' and got another engine from california at this point it just sounded fishy as they left to get the engine moment i walked in the door. They got that engine done and we picked it up with the exact same issue as before we brought it for engine ticking and low oil pressure. Well this new engine had 0 oil pressure and would only go to 20psi when warmed up and was clacking real bad they also broke our cruise control cable, ac no longer worked anymore and my 4wd system no lomger works. we took it back to them and they said itd be a warranty engine and that typically even for warranty they charge labor which isnt right when i called them the very next day of picking it up. They never gave me a receipt either for all of this and paid 4500$ after we picked the truck up. Another month or so went by with another engine put in and now the engine thats still currently in the truck was burning oil the very same day, tried to tell them ane they told us could be normal from sitting so i gave them another bemefit of the doubt, a week goes by and still blowing smoke out the tail pipe and is burning oil, tried to bring the concern back up to them to please fix our truck the right way before this gets escalated to a lawsuit and so i asked for a refund or fix the truck the right way and not leave me putting even more money into when i wouldnt of put money into that part if they did it the right way. They instead tried saying the ac was dischargwd before it came in which it was not as i just bought the truck week prior and test drove it at a dealership. I called him out on saying that then i mentioned the cruise control cable they broke, the ac compressor being left unplugged and now 4wd doesnt work, tomas lara, then got defensive about my concerns and told mw i would not recieve a refund and to take him to court instead of just fixing the truck the right way when they know they didnt do it right. I then told him i will glady file a lawsuit for their mess ups and basixally scammed me from the very beginning. I will never recommend going here and i suggest u never give this place your business unless u want more things wrong with ur car afterwards. I will be filing a lawsuit against them for the 4500 i paid for repairs and additional damage they caused and now additional repairs its taking for it to be right

I am very impressed with this repair shop and their customer service! They are quick to get you scheduled and the work done. Their prices are extremely competitive and actually much better than most. Most importantly, their honesty in diagnosing your car and not pushing additional repairs or up charges is most impressive and very unusual in today’s world. I have a Honda Element I took in for suspension repairs. Got it in the same day and repairs were completed with 2.hrs of dropping it off. I was very satisfied with my overall experience and will for sure be a repeat customer!

This place was a life saver. We called around to about 6 different places, they wanted so much money for the repairs that we couldn't afford it to be done. Then I was on the market and decided to look, and it was the best decision. He said he ould do it for half of what every one was charging. It took him 2 hours and that in ludex having the parts delivered. On top of all that him and his wife were very nice people, with great customer service skills. TNR Automotive and its owner, Thomas, took nearly $13,000 and returned my truck with more problems than it started with. I paid for an engine swap, turbos, catalytic converters, and ignition coils, and what I got back was a truck with new mechanical problems, missing parts, and clear signs of sloppy, careless work. • The truck came back with a severe misfire and shakes constantly while driving. • They left visible bolts missing, parts loose, and failed to reinstall guards and shrouds. • The air conditioning blows hot air because they failed to charge the system twice—once after the engine swap, and again after the most recent return for faulty work. • They promised warranty coverage, then refused to provide paperwork, which violates Oklahoma law. • They trashed the interior of my truck, leaving it full of water bottles and garbage when I picked it up. • The truck is leaking engine oil again, after returning to their shop four separate times for oil leaks in the last four months. • The tow company they work with damaged my bumper. Thomas claimed he would get it fixed but then lied repeatedly about ordering parts or waiting on delivery. After months of excuses, there was no resolution. • Thomas refuses to take responsibility for any of it. This wasn’t a complicated job—swap the engine, install the parts properly, stand by the work, and return a working truck. Instead, I am left with more problems, more costs, and zero accountability. Avoid this shop. They cut corners, lie about warranties, leave vehicles in worse condition, and refuse to take accountability for their work.
