Well my company got a $1000 lesson don't trust their mechanics they replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced due to wrong diagnostics which ended up only being a connection problem that needed cleaning so all it needed was a 15 dollar bottle of electroclean and 15 mins of time DONT GO HERE . They didn't even try to make it right for their mistake.

Ok just like the person before me said, billable hours are exagerated, they do not call with an estimate, even though you ask them to. They just do the work and know that they can do a mechanics lean if you do not pay. Staff is very unprofessional and Fred the owner is never anywhere to be found. 2000.00 later and one of my main problems wasn't even fixed. Im so mad that the BBB is next and I have never reported anyone to them. I drove by every hour on the hour and the billable hours are way over. Horrible customer service. Stay far away from here and Im sure Bill Hassell who left a review, well all I can do is cough and wonder who he *****

Jason has helped us out a couple of times with my daughter's Prius. They researched first to make sure they could do the repair and saved her hundreds of dollara over what she would have spent with the dealership. We will be using them more as needed!

If you are looking for a place to rotate your dually tires dont go anywhere else! Others will waste your time by scheduling appointments and then refuse to do it even after you tell them what you have but not these guys! They got it done no problem! Will definitely use these guys again when we are in the area!

Joel stopped on the side of the highway to help me get going again after I hit a deer in broad daylight. He took charge and used his tools to make my car drivable again. He was very professional and courteous! He didn’t have to stop but I sure am glad he did! Thanks Joel!

Just go somewhere else before your money is wasted. These people aren't mechanics, they are parts changers at best and still screw people over and over. They make their money off corporate deals for oil changes and generator work. Anything else they don't want to do and will over charge and misdiagnos your car, leaving you to pay for their mistakes. They make their employees work jobs they aren't paid to do. Slipping gear in your transmission? They'll tell you to replace the whole thing. The bosses are never around and when they are, they aren't any help.

They don't really know what the issue may be with your vehicle, and if they tell you something is causing a code and you pay them to do the work and it doesn't go away, you're still responsible. They charge 120$ just to read codes, they charge a total of 80$ just to drive the car, 20$ being for gas although it had half a tank. (20$ fills a civic gas tank) also if you get the codes scanned for free somewhere else, they'll say they didn't see a code until you give them the okay to do the other repairs, when you originally thought it was gonna lead to you leaving with a passed inspection. 4k down the drain, was told to get it to pass it would take another 2k a year ago, bring it back and now it's only 600$ to fix the same issue regarding the exhaust? And now, a code they claimed to have fixed came back. We go to get it checked and they say it's something completely different, AND that our old tickets had miswritten information on them. Powersteering leak still leaked after I got the car home, over one simple bolt being lose that I had to fix myself. Just extremely unhappy with the "professionalism" of this company. Also, my name is on the ticket, so you obviously have me in the system. Not to mention, we are told to bring the car into the shop on a Wednesday to get it looked at asap, and we don't get a ticket in our email until the next Thursday, while the car sat in the parking lot because your "master mechanic was on vacation" being told that we have to pay for them to rescan the codes, and that it's just our fault because we turned down the first added service charge they through on us after having the original work already finished, that we couldn't afford to pay extra on. That would have made the total close to 6k for a 4k car. Just feel like I was lead around in circles with different add-ons and findings until they could get as much money from me as they could. Again, first time the exhaust issue was almost 2k, now it's only 600$ how did it change so much?

I can’t say enough good about this place and the people. Both mine and my wife’s vehicles needed some work and we are not from the area. We were referred here and couldn’t be happier. They were communicative, fast, and did a great job. Even more so than fixing our vehicles, they are just fantastic people. I may be driving 250 miles down here if I need more repairs.

This is a very respectable business. The lobby is clean and decorated with cool stuff along with pics of the family. I dealt with Gabe and Courtney, and they were very nice and patient and full of information. As a 1 income mother who doesn't know squat about my vehicle's inner parts, I greatly appreciated it. I felt at ease the entire time. This is my shop from now on. No need to go anywhere else.

I cannot begin to give enough praise and thanks to Fred and Mike for their help and assistance yesterday during a very difficult time for my sister. We had already experienced a difficult week after being evacuated from our homes during the TPC Explosion in Port Neches, Texas and it became even more difficult when my sister Michele had a double blow out on her RV on Hwy 225 in Pasadena. I believe I was just about to throw the towel in and give up. But then came along Fred and Mike, after closing hours. They didn't have to stop and did not know us from Billy Joe Jim Bob, but they did stop and rendered help where is was certainly needed. We were not able to lift the RV with jacks high enough to get the new tires onto the axles. At the time of anyone's reading of this post, I guarantee you we would still be there trying but for Fred and Mike, who I must say were quite jovial and competitive with one another during the process, making it so much more tolerable and setting my sister and me at ease. When they were finished replacing the tires and inflating them to the proper pressure, I offered to compensate them for their time, but Fred said. "No thank you," and expressed that it wasn't the reason he stopped. However, it was passed time for him to get home to his wife and dinner. To Fred's wife: "I thank you for your patience and for having such a considerate husband." To Mike: "Thank you for having the strength to handle the equipment needed to lift the RV. I'm sure Fred could have done it himself in his earlier years." LOL. KUDOS to BTC, the best business in all of Texas.
