Do not recommend getting oil changed from them. They over torqued the oil drain bolt which has left zero threads left in the oil pan and then played incompetent when called out on the problem and would own up to their mistake. Do not recommend.

I’m from out of state traveling to see my family. My overdrive wouldn’t engage and the rpm’s were running in the 3500 range. Greg was able to get me to check the code as well as top off my transmission fluid and get me back in the next day to change the sensor that failed. Super knowledgeable and amazing service. I’d not hesitate to use Bobby’s again.

I would love to thank the staff for an amazing experience. I brought my wife's vehicle in with transmission issues. A quick diagnostic brought not such good news. Greg was quick to give me options and within minutes, they started working on my wife's vehicle. They understood my wife's need for her vehicle for work, and by the grace of an amazing business she got her vehicle back 1 day later.. Called up Bobby's Transmission on a Monday evening and discussed an issue that I was feeling some transmission shuttering going between 3rd and 4th gears in my Ram 3500 with Greg. Greg suggested to just bring it in and drop it off this week. I dropped it off a few days later. Next day their mechanics drove and tested the transmission but found no issues. I asked them to keep it for another day and run it hard. The following day I got a call from Lance and he told me the same thing, that they are not seeing any issues with the transmission. Picked it up today and Lance told me to keep an eye on it and if I notice it happening more than bring it back for testing. I was impressed with Greg's and Lance's communication with keeping me informed during this process and would have no problem taking the truck back if I truly needed transmission work to be done. I took my work truck to the local dealership after my transmission was acting funny for a few days. They said I had a "Complete transmission failure" and quoted me $5,300. I wanted a second opinion so I drove it over to Bobby's the same day. They called me a few hours later and had diagnosed the problem. They kept the truck that night and it was ready the next day. The grand total: $220. They took the time to figure out what was wrong and repair it. They didn't try to get as much money out of me as possible like the dealership did. These guys are the best! The dealership said I needed to replace my transmission, but these guys test drove it twice and put it through some tests and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. In fact, they found out that it was a quart low of transmission fluid so they did it free of charge! Honest company for sure!!!!!

I've just had good luck with Bobby's...fair pricing, great mechanics and awesome people ...like a trip to the beach....let's face it...transmission issues are rarely fun nor quick fixes so drop it off and go to the beach.

We drove from Heyburn to Meridian for my Grandsons graduation. Driving down a side street, on our way to the hotel, we ran a stop sign that was hidden behind a tree (See photos). Fortunately we didn't hit any body, but we bottomed out hard on the excessive dip in the road. The impact was so severe, that it cracked and broke the transmission case. We were able to limp to the hotel, as the last of the transmission fluid leaked out, and the transmission started slipping. My Son let us use his spare vehicle to drive back home to Heyburn. Once we got home, we called Bobby's Transmission and Greg said we'll fix it. So we called and had it towed over there. They found us a low miles transmission and fixed our car, and did it all in less than a week. Car drives good as new. If you're in that area and need transmission work done, don't hesitate. Take it to Bobby's. Thanks again Greg and Bobby's Transmission.

I have an older car that the clutch was slipping. Called several places and then talked to Greg at Bobby's. The quoted me the best price, by far, over the phone. I typically do these kind of repairs myself but couldn't do it this time, I'm picky and it seems that no one is as careful and complete as one is with their own car work. I have to say, I am so impressed with the quality of work I received! They did everything perfectly and went the extra mile to make sure everything is back together perfectly, exceptional attention to detail. Picked this shop from reviews, because I was broken down on the highway and needed to tow it. There was a 24-hour key drop. Got a call early the next morning from Greg following up on diagnosis information. The bill was more than fair for the work done, and I appreciated the great communication. When waiting for pick up, Becky and all the staff were very nice and hospitable. All around fantastic service, a quality repair, and fairly priced.
