As a woman it can be difficult to find a mechanic or auto shop to trust. This guy is as trustworthy and kind as they come! He goes above and beyond every time I have needed work done. This place is amazing. The owner was amazing. I inherited my papa’s truck after he passed and I’ve struggled to let people work on it. I 100% will be bringing my truck to Roger for all maintenance. We were relaxed in his shop. Even my dog was at home in his shop! He took us around my truck to show me everything under the hood, and under the truck. I’ve never left a mechanic 100% happy and I did today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Roger repaired my tire a couple months ago for free, and did an awesome job. I came in for an oil change today and got a lot more than that. He's amazingly thorough, and he genuinely just seems like he wants to see your car in the best shape possible, and he probably knows everything there is to know, not that I'd know... lol. On top of all that the price was unbeatable. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Jay Roger is extremely educated in vehicle maintenance. Jay explains everything that could be going on, my experience was tire pressure and the sensor telling me I had low tire pressure. Jay used his Digital reader, checked the sensors and added air to my tires. I will monitor for low tire pressure and go back for repair if needed. Most honest mechanic I have ever met. Thank you Jay Roger you have a new full time customer.

I have read nearly every review this shop has received before posting this, and I’m blown away by the positivity posted here. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve had in a long time. I arrived early for an appointment and called to confirm I was in the right spot since there was no office and just a large bay door (closed) with a sign on it. When the phone was answered Jay Roger told me he was quite busy and asked what I wanted. I stated I was a customer here for an appointment; he said he’d be with me momentarily, 15 minutes later the rollup door opened…. I pulled 4 tires from the back of my rig- that I had taken off my truck as a courtesy- and explained that the wheels were coming off and needed to be swapped with the wheels that were on my friends rig. I had to explain this to him THREE times throughout the process while he griped about the fact that no one told him what this appointment was about, an appointment that had been booked weeks prior….. After he took my wheels off he tried to roll the tires into my rig and I had to tell him for a final time that the wheels off my tires were going onto my friends rig, and his wheels were going on my tires. After he drove my friends rig into the shop he hopped on the phone and began to complain IN FRONT OF ME how he was going to sell every tool in his shop and not do this on the side because he was so sick of dealing with customers and people. As he came back to break a tire loose I caught his attention (after being ignored) and explained to him that the tires on this rig had just been rotated, so my friend (who had stepped away to take a call) had asked me to relay that they get put back in the exact same location they were removed. Jay copped the biggest attitude and told me that typically “he would do what his experience with 45 years in the automotive and service industry told him to do, but today I was the boss so we would do it my way……..” Then when the swaps were complete he tried to bill us at a rate that was higher than what he originally quoted. Go here if you’re comfortable with Jay and have him figured out. I will NOT be returning and I will not push business his way. In fact, I’ll probably do the opposite, starting with this review.
