After a minor fender bender my insurance suggested a few repair businesses, I randomly chose caliber collision and couldn’t be more happy about the choice. Eric was my case rep and went above what was required of him to repair my vehicle. Communication was great through their online app and personal phone calls. I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. They really know how to take a bad situation and turn it right side up. Hopefully I won’t need any such services in the near future but if I do I know where I’m going. Thanks to everyone that took part in repairing my ride👍🏼👍🏼

AMAZING customer service!!! XAN and Cindy were wonderful to work with and great communication!!! Xan went above and beyond during whole process! From the beginning showing me the damages visually when car was brought in to when I picked up and we went thru everything. Xan listened to all my concerns, questions because I've never had an accident with repairs. I've always been totalled-he was phenomal and made me comfortable with the entire experience. I am very grateful to him and enjoyed working with him. Thank you for making experience easy and appreciate working smoothly with enterprise for rental.

I highly recommend the team at Caliber Collison for your vehicle repair or service needs. After being rear ended I reached out to Caliber, they were able to get me in quickly for an estimate and I was scheduled to drop my vehicle off a couple of weeks later. They finished the repairs quicker than I expected and my Jeep looked new again. Their customer service was amazing. Great overall experience! Cindy at the front desk and Xan my estimator were both friendly and helpful. This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle here over several years. Both times I was happy with the experience. My Tacoma was rear ended and you would never know it. It looks like I just drove it off the lot. The color match is perfect. As a bonus, I was surprised to see they not only washed the outside, but the inside was vacuumed and dusted! They seem to take great pride in their work and go above and beyond. I will continue to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs.

Overall very happy with my experience with Caliber Collision. They were kind, willing to answer my questions, and able to replace the bumper on my Mazda CX5. I did have to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled, but from there it was smooth sailing. They fixed my vehicle quickly and lightly cleaned the interior prior to return. Also very grateful for the option to drop off after hours to better accommodate my schedule. Overall I would recommend working with them, and I’d be willing to do so again in the future.

Amazing work, the vehicle color was matched perfectly. All impacted areas in the exterior were repaired and received my vehicle like the day I bought my car (referencing exterior). The interior was left dirty, covered from the sanding and the side frame removal. They used my car jack and tossed it, along with other attachments, in the back instead of placing them back in their compartments where they were originally. Otherwise for the reason my vehicle was there the quality of work is 100% so their a 5.
